Casa ClareMarie is the ideal villa for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with its own private and secluded 10 x 5m south facing pool this villa offers peace and relaxation. The pool is accessed through a lockable gate making it child safe - with non-slip tiles on the pool terrace and a toilet, shower and fridge by the pool. Air-conditioning is fitted in the 4 bedrooms. There are four bathrooms, three being en-suite, two lounges, a seperate dining room and terrace dining, fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is available using your own computer. Located only a 10 minute walk to the town of Moraira, beach and restaurants this well appointed, south facing luxury villa offers something for everyone. This villa is ideal for adults, families and families sharing. A cot and high chair are available for hire.

Notes on accommodation
Casa Claremarie is ideal for families and adult holidays. Upstairs and downstairs are linked by an internal and external staircase and have their own entrances and can be locked separately. This villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and only a 10 minute walk into the town of Moraira. The large 10m x 5m pool is a big hit with children and adults alike. We have many repeat bookings from satisfied clients. The air-con is fitted in the four bedrooms and is supplied for your comfort. An allowance of 150kw of power per week is included in the rental price - above this amount will be deducted from the bond. A cot and high-chair are available for rental. Please email if other baby equipment is required. A copy of our terms and conditions are available on request.
Accessibility
Casa ClareMarie has been sucessfully rented by wheelchair users, though we do advise that there is a step into the property and 5 steps down to the pool area. Please email if you have mobility restrictions.
Outside
There is a BBQ area with table and seating for 8 and an electric blind offering shade when needed. There are several other seating areas around the garden offering shade and relaxation. 8 comfortable sun beds with cushions around the large 10 x 5m pool with Roman steps - there is also a toilet, shower and fridge by the pool and the terrace has non-slip tiles. The pool is fully enclosed, with a lockable gate, making it child safe. Shade, if needed in the summer months, is offered by blinds, umbrellas, and a large palm tree. There is ample lighting to offer alfresco night dining with a relaxing atmosphere. The villa is on a flat plot and has 2 driveways, offering parking for 3 cars.
Coast/Beach
The villa is just a 10 minute walk from the Blue Flag beach of Moraira and 15 minute walk to El Portet beach. Both have bars and restaurants that welcome families. A range of water sports are available.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within easy reach. The villa owner is a keen golfer and willing to advise and arrange bookings.
Special interest holidays
The area is suitable for walking, golf, sailing, diving, cycling and water sport holidays. Benidorm is a 40 minute drive and offers theme and water parks and the popular Benidorm Palace. Many Fiestas are held in the area and are always popular. Please let us know your interest and we will help with local information.
Travel
Moraira is approx. an hours drive north from Alicante Airport and 1 and 1/2 hour drive south from Valencia Airport and approx. 2 hours north of Murcia Airport. All with excellent motorways.

The villa is only a 10 minute walk into the town of Moraira, bars, restaurants, beach and marina. Teulada 4 miles. Calpe 7 miles. Javea 6 miles. Denia 10 miles. Benidorm 27 miles with many attactions including Terra Mitica Theme Park and many Water Parks etc.

Town of Moraira, beach, bars, restaurants are only a 10 minute walk from Casa Claremarie. Moraira is a lovely small resort surrounded by white-washed villas nestling in pine tree groves. The village of Moraira has a marina and daily fish market which is open to the public.
Booking notes
Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday in high and peak season. Flexible changeover days in mid season. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival plus a returnable security bond of £200.

Orginally bought as our holiday home we found it a easy move to make Spain our home when our two daughters (can you guess their names?) 'flew the nest'.
The location of Casa ClareMarie is one the of main attractions of this property. Situated in a cul-de-sac it offers peace and quiet. Its close proximity to the town and beach, a ten minute walk, proves very popular and takes away the demand and stress of driving everywhere.
