Beautiful penthouse apartment, tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a relaxed holiday. It's an easy stroll to the restaurants on the harbor, beach and through the tunnel to the old town where you can find some very chic bars and more restaurants. No need to hire a car - everything is within walking distance. Two double rooms and one twin room, small breakfast terrace and large roof terrace both with lighting and outside furniture. Large communal pool, splash pool, small gym and internet room together with WiFi facilities mean that you should never be at a loss for something to do!

Notes on prices
All prices are on a weekly basis and include all linen, beach towels and utilities. A 25% deposit is payable on reservation. The balance, together with a £200 security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day except during July and August when the changeover day is Friday or Saturday due to current bookings.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite shower/bath and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
Bathrooms: 1 en-suite porcelain tiled bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet and a further shower room with shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Utility Room: Washer/dryer machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with 6-seater dining table, coffee table, leather sofas, TV/DVD, CD/Radio. WiFi available on the main communal terrace outside the internet room.
Other: The roof terrace, accessed via an external spiral staircase, has sun loungers, coffee table, chairs and large umbrella as well as electric lighting. Please note that the spiral staircase is not suitable for toddlers or those with walking difficulties.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The cleaning charge includes all bed linen, utilities, towels and a welcome pack. All the linen is professional laundered. If you want to save on luggage space, beach towels can be hired locally via our cleaner (approx 5 Euros each).

Notes on accommodation
The lounge and dining area also has air conditioning.

Accessibility
Direct lift access from the underground private parking space. Ramp access into the development and disability lift into swimming pool. The spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace is not suitable for toddlers or for those with walking difficulties.

Outside
Communal landscaped gardens with large pool with wooden walkway bridge. Separate splash pool and a large covered plaza and seating area. An indoor games area provides entertainment for the younger children whilst those of you with energy can enjoy the gym and sauna. Computer room with free access to the internet and WiFi facilities which extend to the large covered plaza which has lots of tables and chairs for you to relax on.

Coast/Beach
We are approximately 200 meters to the nearest large sandy beach of Playa del Raset. The coastline runs for approximately 20km so should you wish to explore, you will have plenty of choice. All the beaches are Blue Flag with good facilities including toilets, bars, loungers and parasols.

Golf
Two Championship golf course are within 15 minutes drive and Tennis facilities are a 5 mins walk away.

Special interest holidays
For walkers and cyclists, the Montgo and Jalon valleys are superb. The tourist information center can provide maps and guided tours of these areas. You can also hire bikes locally. Boat trips, boat hire, sailing and windsurfing are all available locally and you can take a day trip to Ibiza using the Ferry service.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately 1 hours drive away. A taxi can be arranged to transport you to and from the airport as it is not essential to have a car during your stay.

Distances
10 minutes walk to Denia town and castle. Benidorm is approximately 35 minutes drive away. Valencia is about an hours drive. Denia has a train station if you don't want to drive anywhere.

Further details
The nearest supermarkets, bakery and newsagent are approx 5 mins walk away. There are lots of local markets selling local produce incl the indoor market which sells locally caught fish, local vegetables, meats and breads. Outdoor markets range from the fruit and veg market on Fridays to the Book market on Saturdays.

Booking notes
The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure (however these times can be flexible depending upon bookings). A deposit of 25% is required when booking. The balance, together with an additional £200 security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Additional charges apply for cleaning and for 6 sharing.
