An external spiral staircase leads you to the large timber-decked roof terrace which has wonderful views of the Montgo Mountains and castle. As well as the fabulous on-site facilities, you will also have use of private secure underground parking with direct lift access to the lobby. There is 24 hour security within the complex including owners entry system and concierge.

Notes on prices
All prices are on a weekly basis in UK pounds. A 25% Deposit is payable on reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150 to cover damage/cleaning is also required. The balance will be returned upon final inspection of the apartment.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite shower/bath and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
Bathrooms: Porcelain tiled bathrooms both with showers and toilets, one with a bath and bidet.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Utility Room: Washer/dryer machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with 6-seater dining table, coffee table, leather sofas, TV/DVD, CD/Radio.
Other: The roof terrace, accessed via an external sprial staircase, has sun loungers, coffee table, chairs and large umbrella as well as electric lighting. Please note that the spiral staircase is not suitable for toddlers or those with walking difficulties.

All linen and towels (except beach towels), are included.

Accessibility
Direct lift access from the underground private parking space. Ramp access into the development and disability lift into swimming pool. The spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace is not suitable for toddlers or for those with walking difficulties.

Outside
Communal landscaped gardens with large pool with wooden walkway bridge. Separate splash pool and a large covered plaza and seating area. An indoor games area provides entertainment for the younger children whilst those of you with energy can enjoy the gym and sauna. There is also a computer room with free access to the internet.

Coast/Beach
We are approximately 100 metres to the nearest large sandy beach of Las Marinas. The coastline runs for approximately 20km so should you wish to explore, you will have plenty of choice. All the beaches are Blue Flag with good facilites including toilets, bars, loungers and parasols.

Golf
Two Championship golf course are within 15 minutes drive and Tennis facilities are a 5 mins walk away.

Special interest holidays
For walkers and cyclists, the Montgo and Jalon valleys are superb. The Tourist Information centre can provide maps and guided tours of these areas. You can also hire bikes locally. Boat trips and boad hire is available from the harbour and you can take a day trip to Ibiza using the Ferry service.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately 1 hours drive away.

Distances
10 minutes walk to Denia town and castle. Benidorm is approximately 35 minutes away.

Further details
We are 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarkets, bakery and newsagent. There is a night market (open every evening from 8pm until 12am) along the harbour front specialising in local crafts from May to September (less often during the rest of the year). Every Friday morning there is a vegetable and fruit market and Saturday mornings there is a book market along the Marques de Campo. You can also purchase fresh fish from the fish market on the harbour.
