Trek the countless nature trails through olive groves, wheatfields and pine forests. Alternatively, stay poolside and let nature come to you - watch numerous birdlife swoop down to bathe in the cascade amongst the banana and palm trees.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 50% deposit is required to reserve booking. 50% balance payment required 2 months prior to arrival date.
Refundable security deposit of 400 Euros (approx. £270) is payable (in advance with final balance payment)l. It will be returned to you, subject to any appropriate deductions) at the end of your stay.
Changeover day
Owners are happy to arrange mid-week handovers where possible to coincide with cheaper midweek flights.

There are a number of activities that we can offer at an additional cost. They range from: On-site personal training, massage, meditation, horse treks and mountain bike hire.
Catering is available upon request. Housemaid available upon request. Authentic flamenco evenings can be arranged at the Hacienda (very popular!) Please contact directly for more information on these services. We would require 3 weeks minimum notice to organize any of the above.
Travel
Malaga airport is 1 hours drive and Granada airport is 45 mins drive.
Seville airport is 2.30 hours drive.
Distances
Montefrio is nearest village (5km) drive and Granada (35 minutes). Seville, Cordoba, Antequera, Alpujarras and Sierra Nevada are all easily driveable distances.
Further details
Montefrio is on the Route of Washington Irving, which is the historical road that links Malaga, Seville and Granada and has many fascinating walks and is popular with cyclists worldwide. There is also a wealth of landscapes which have a variety of birds and wild flowers for nature enthusiasts. The town itself has a good selection of bars and restaurants and 2 swing parks. There is also a local lido with restaurant for a fun day locally. The house is ideally situated near to town for local supermarkets and banks and the local 24 hour clinic is a 5 minute drive.

50% deposit required upon confirmation and balance 60 days prior to arrival. 100 euros charge for final cleaning (£65.00)
Personal holiday insurance is a prerequisite when staying at the Hacienda.
