This is a very spacious, immaculate apartment, with stunning views of the coast from its balcony. It is situated in the centre of Mijas Pueblo, one of the prettiest of the Andalucian white villages, with its narrow winding streets, white-washed houses and abundance of colourful flower beds. There are tapas bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, churches, and a bullring. At the highest point of the village there is a ‘Mirador’ (viewing point), set in well manicured gardens, offering spectacular views to the coast. In addition, there is a municipal swimming pool on the outskirts of the village (open in July & Aug) which is set in lawned gardens and has a cafe serving light refreshments. Also there is a tourist information centre, a reliable and regular bus service to the coast and a taxi rank. There are a variety of countryside walks in the immediate vicinity if you enjoy walking, and the beaches of Fuengirola and Benalmadena are only a short drive or bus journey away.

Nearest airport is Malaga (25 minutes by car/taxi). There is a very good bus service from Mijas down to the coast and therefore car hire is not essential.

Marbella and Puerto Banus 25 minute drive.
Ronda 1 hour drive.
Further details
Mijas is an ideal central location for touring. With the new toll road only 5 minutes away, day trips to Granada, Gibraltar, Ronda, Jerez, Algeciras are all possible.
