This fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa is situated in El Portet walking distance to the beach and local amenities. From road level the villa has it's own terraced garden which leads to the front door of the villa and opens up in to the brand new modern kitchen with an archway that leads to the large open plan lounge and dining area. Bedroom 1, 2 and bathroom 1 are accessed via the hall way leading of from the lounge. The villa has a lovely balcony which leads of the lounge and is perfect for enjoying the Costa Blanca sun sets. Bedroom 3 and bathroom 2 are accessed via external stairs leading down to the separate entrance and terrace area. This entrance takes you in to a living area with kitchenette, bedroom 3 and bathroom 2 are off the rear of the lounge. The lovely communal pool is within 2 minute walk and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. This villa is an excellent standard and is perfect for families or 2 couples alike.

Changeover day
Arrival days are Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm, we meet our guests in Moraira town then take them to the villa to show them in and so they don't get lost. Out of hours check in is available by key collection but needs to be pre arranged.

| Other: | Bedroom 3 is large enough to add a foldaway bed for the 8th person which would cost just £50 per week including linen and towels. |

Alicante airport 1 hour drive. Valencia airport 1 hour 30 mins drive.

Further details
Chemist, mini market and local bars and restaurants in El Portet are 10 mins walking distance. Car not essential but recommended with this villa. Moraira is a small and very pretty fishing port with a modern yacht marina and individual whitewashed holiday villas. Situated between Javea and Calpe, Moraira hosts up-market bars and restaurants set amongst spectacular views of the Mediterranean and dramatic mountainous scenery.

25% due on booking and the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. This villa requires a 400 euros damage deposit which is held on a credit card on arrival and released with in 48hrs of you checking out.
