Notes on accommodation
Heating is supplied for winter, gas and electric. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. No smoking is permitted inside apartment. Sorry, no pets. Deckchair seats available for use by poolside or beach plus picnic set and cool box.

Outside
The apartment is in a corner position with spacious terrace plus stunning views to the Montgo National Park and communal pool, and is ideal for eating 'al fresco. A gas barbeque is located here for your use.

Coast/Beach
Long sandy beaches at both Denia and Javea with many bars and recommended restaurants, 10 - 15 mins drive.

Golf
La Sella 18 hole golf course is designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. There are 9 additional holes being constructed. Golf driving range next to course plus buggies available. The Marriot Hotel at La Sella offers gym and spa facilites. There are also golf courses at Javea, Olivia and Altea, all within a 30 minute drive.

Special interest holidays
Horse riding lessons can be taken from the stables in La Sella, also tennis instruction. The location is also good for cycling and mountain walking.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approx 1 hour's drive away. Car hire is recommended and can be obtained from either airport.

Distances
Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Theme Parks 40 mins. Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sea World 40 mins. All near Benidorm, Vergal Safari Park 20 mins, Javea 6km, Denia 4km, Gandia and Olivia Golf 25km.

Further details
Well stocked supermarket with freshly baked bread and pastries. Excellent restaurants on the complex. Several relaxing communal pools.

Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday date. There is also £100 damage deposit returnable after inspection and return of the key.
