A stroll away from the beach, marina, and hustle bustle of Puerto Banus our apartments are tucked away in a gorgeous whitewashed and terra-cotta tiled paradise. Both apartments are spacious and luxurious. There are three swimming pools (one heated). Air-conditioning keeps the apartments at an ideal temperature. All the home comforts such as a TV and DVD player are provided. The bedrooms are en-suite and on either side of the apartments for privacy. The quality of the furnishings and paintings make this a very stylish apartment. The large terraces are south west facing so lots of sun in the morning and afternoon. You can enjoy the wonderful views whilst sampling a large glass of the local wine. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard. Large living/dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen. Apartment 7a-sleeps 5, Apartment 10a-sleeps 6. Complex has 24hr security. We have access to a 3rd apartment if required.

The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a very high standard. It is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard. It can sleep 5 – there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double and a single bed / the other with 2 singles). Both bedrooms are en-suite (with bath / shower, WC, sink and bidet). There is a large living/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer and a microwave. It also has a separate utility area with a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are supplied, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Parking is available should you need it. This complex is a paradise with its beautifully designed whitewashed buildings, terracotta tiled pathways, and fountains. It also has 3 swimming pools (one heated) and 24 hour security. The apartment is south east facing thus perfect for the morning and afternoon sun, and offers welcome shade in the evening. The views are STUNNING.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for children, long-term renters and the elderly or infrim. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating. It is also equipped with a CD player, TV and a DVD player. La Maestranza is very secure with its 24hr security and the necessary keys to access the complex.
Outside
The complex has lovely well kept gardens and three communal pools (one pool is heated and one is for children). Both apartments have balconies and garden furniture. Parking is available if required.
Golf
The Costa del Sol is often referred to as the Costa del Golf, it's not surprising with a concentration of top quality golf courses nearing the 40's and fabulous weather almost all year round, it's an idyllic setting. Popular with European golfers for many years the area has become better known farther afield due to the 1997 Ryder Cup held at Valdarama. The demand is so great that many new courses are being developed and in the more popular courses rounds need to be booked months in advance. Costa del Sol Excursions - Many visitors to the Costa del Sol travel little further than the nearest beach yet there are some outstanding day excursions available by luxury motor coach. There are fixed pick up points for passengers in Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, and Fuengirola. Other stops are available on request. The most popular full day excursions are to Granada, Ronda, Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar and even to Tangiers in Morocco.
Further details
Puerto Banus is part of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered yachtside and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views. Since its inception some forty years ago, the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques.
