Our villla is a modern 4 year old property set in a quiet secluded rural setting. A large terrace and swimming pool with changing room, shower and toilet alongside. Sunbeds and towels are provided. A fully fitted American kitchen for guests to use for self catering is next to the pool. Set in the garden is a covered gazebo where you can sit and relax Access to the beaches of Calpe, Javea etc 15-25 mins away. Benidorm is 25 minutes drive with the attractions of Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura. Popular walking and cycling area.Trips into the Hills of Bernia a must. Jalon, Benissa and other local villages and towns boast many tapas bars and restaurants for all occasions. Benidorm Palace, Theatres and Night Clubs 30 mins. Beautiful golf courses surround the area. Calpe and other beach resorts offer water sports. Visit and browse through the many local markets for bargains. Or you can stay and relax around the villa and pool, then cook in the outside kitchen.

We are flexible about changeover days. Arrivals and departures we will meet your requirements if possible.
Notes on accommodation
The lounge/dining room has internet access and a log burning fire for those cooler evenings. Small library and video games.
Private entrance to the rear for guest bedrooms is available with own key.
Other services available, eg babysitting, taxi service, airport runs etc.
The villa has central heating and circulating fans in all rooms.
Accessibility
Our villa is raised above our flat surrounding garden and terrace area by 8 wide steps with balustrades on both sides.
Access to the rear of the property is by 6 steps with hand rail.
Outside
The private swimming pool is 10x5m and is 1 metre deep at the steps, the last 4m it shelves to 2m deep. An outside fully equipped kitchen with hob grill, sink and fridge is next to the changing room, toilet and shower room. These are situated at the end of the pool. Sunbathing loungers, chairs and 3 tables available.
A shaded area by the pool or on the patio overlooking the pool is available. Board games and pool lilos available. The pool area is very private and has a large terrace covered with non-slip tiles. A utility room with washing machine and drier (small charge)is situated below the villa floor. In the garden is a large covered gazebo where you can sit and relax with a book or drink
Coast/Beach
Calpe 15 mins by car has a beautiful sandy beach with children’s play area, loungers, covered area and restaurants along the front. Moraira-20 mins by car is small and quaint with its marina surrounded by many restaurants. Javea - 25 mins by car has a large sandy beach with shops and restaurants on the front. Denia is the largest resort with a large beach, fishing harbour, large marina, castle with spectacular views and is the main port for trips to the Balearic Islands. Benidorm 25 mins by car.
Golf
Many golf courses in the area to choose from open all year round.
Special interest holidays
Hiking, safari, cycling, large No of climbing areas within short distance and fiestas virtually all year at different venues.
Travel
Alicante Airport 70km / 1 hour drive. Valencia approx 100km / 1 hour 15 mins drive. Car would be advisable to explore the area although coach and train services are excellent and inexpensive. We will pick you up from the airport and can hire cars locally.

Jalon 5 mins by car and 15 mins walking. Lliber 15 mins walking 5 mins by car. Benissa 10 mins by car. Calpe 15 mins by car.

Golfing, water sports, walking, cycling, Night Clubs, Fiestas, Horse shows, beaches, cultural tours, breathtaking rides into the hills and much more available within 15 to 30mins. Booking notes
Rates 40-45 euros per room per night. A 25% deposit is required by bank transfer (confirmation of booking will be given on transfer arrival). No refund given on deposits. Final payment to be made in cash (euros) the day before departure. If exclusive use of all facilities is required (not all rooms are taken but no other guests to be present) with housekeeping and breakfast, contact Roy and Iris Lees on villa numbers or e-mail. If booking is for 3 rooms normal rates apply.

As promised a truly home from home style bed and breakfast. We shall be returning.
1st time for years we have been able to really relax and have all our needs taken care of. Looking forward to our next visit. A very friendly atmosphere, beautiful location and very relaxing. Very accommodating. Excellent outside facilites. Good breakfast and varied. Hope to be returning again. Nothing was to much trouble from our arrival to departure, children had a great time in pool which is very private.
