Apartment modern spacious on 1st floor in 4 storey block 2 twin bedrooms set in tropical gardens immaculately kept with water cascade 2 Adult privately enclosed shared swimming pools and children's pool open all year round, with toilet facilities nearby. Pool 1 is overlooked from the balcony/terrace and pool 2 from back of apartment 21ft private terrace leading from lounge with sea views and overlooks swimming pool 1. Facing sun all day with large protective sun awning and patio furniture. No traffic noise from roads. Building has lifts. 3 mins walk to the beach. Restaurants/ supermarket, riding stables and all amenities are nearby. Nightly entertainment on complex if you want (but not too near apartment). 5/10 mins walk into Fuengirola town shopping, restaurants, aqua park, zoo, wide beaches and boat trips. 1 hour bus ride Gibraltar (approx.7 euros pp). Spectacular Race course complex 10 mins car/taxi ride. Many 9/18 hole golf courses within a short distance. No pets allowed.

Bathrooms: Newly tiled and modernised with white ceramics. Very large shower cubicle with sliding doors (there is a marble bench seat in shower if needed). Vanity unit with drawer space + mirror/lights, Modern wc.
Kitchen: 15 ft. luxurious kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in oven and fridge/freezer, microwave, abundance of cupboards, washing machine, iron/ironing board. Plenty of cooking utensils, cups, plates, cutlery, saucepans etc. Very much more than a normal rental.
Utility Room: Zanussi Washing machine.

The apartment is in a gated community. It is very comfortably furnished and has ceiling fans in the bedrooms. 15 ft modern kitchen well equipped. Large balcony/terrace protective sun awning. Catalystic gas fire and electric radiator. Very suitable urbanisation for people of all ages.

21ft terrace with patio furniture and protective sun awning facing sun all day. There are 2 Large shared swimming pools and a Baby Pool accessible all year round set in tropical gardens with water cascade. The terrace has sea views and overlooks gardens and pool 1 plus baby pool. Back of apartment overlooks gardens/water cascade and pool 2. Toilet facilities available within the location of swimming pool areas. The gardens are enclosed with key access for residents and holiday rentals using the apartments.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Horse riding within walking distance. Fuengirola 15 min. walk. Marbella 20 minutes car/bus ride. Gibraltar one hour by local bus approx. 8 euros per person.

Golf
There is an abundance of golf courses along the coast line as well as 9 and 18 hole golf courses within a short drive. Mijas Race Course is a short car/taxi distance away.

Travel
From Malaga airport it is 20 minutes drive on N-340 road to Marina Del Sol.
Excellent Train service from airport Terminal 3 to Fuengirola every half hour costs 2 euros 20 cents per person. Taxi rank outside Fuengirola Station, taxi from Fuengirola 3 mins to apartment.

Distances
10/15 minutes walk into Fuengirola town. Miramar (Eroski) Centre with all High Street outlets and very large supermarket. Fuengirola has beautiful floodlit beaches and restaurants.

Further details
Supermarkets and restaurants are on the urbanisation.
Excellent local zoo in Fuengirola, Aqua Park, Boat trips, restaurants and shopping.

Booking notes
£100 deposit per week (non refundable) with balance payable 10 weeks before departure. Keys will be sent to your home address 10 days before departure.
