This is a spacious 2 floor villa with 800 metres of ground where you will be able to have a nice vacations. There are 4 bedrooms, two of them double and the other ones twin, 3 bathrooms, one of them belongs to the en-suite room, dining/living room and kitchen. You can park one car in the garage. Play area is situated very near from the house. All facilities are included in here and if some tourism is required, very beautiful towns are really near this area. If beach is required, 5 minutes driving to Sant Martí d'Empúries or 10 minutes driving from L'Escala.

The owners will provide the guests with bed linen and towels. These will be given at the first day they come in as well as the linen. House will be cleaned before they come. During your stage in the house, clean will be your responsibility. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are in Sant Marti D'Empúries and Sant Pere Pescador. 10 minutes driving each. These beaches are wide, clean and not crowed.
Travel
Girona's airport is 35 minutes driving. Car is strongly recommended.
Distances
The nearest village is L'Escala (5 km driving).
Girona is 40 min driving and it is really worthwhile with all its historic places.
Figueres is 30 min driving and you can visit the Dali museum. 10 minutes driving from Figueres, there is a medieval town Besalu. There are many beautiful places to visit and quite near to this house.
