This is our brand new apartment in Palomares - it is a second home for us and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. The apartment is perfectly situated to take full advantage of the excellent beaches, local towns and villages and for the golf enthusiasts access a variety of excellent international courses within a 15 minute drive. Equally feel free to soak up the sun and just relax by the communal pool sipping Sangria! A second, adjoining upstairs apartment can also be available - sleep up to 12 - ideal for larger family groups - details on request.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Euro lets very welcome with payment into our Spanish bank account. 15% discount for lets of in excess of one month.
Long term lets very welcome from September 2008 - 3 month minimum rental £400 per month + bills - please contact me for more details. 2nd Apartment B22 available-same pricing structure applies.

Changeover days and times are flexible.

| Living Rooms: | Large living/dining room leading onto the patio beautifully furnished with extendable dining table and 6 dining chairs, large double sofa bed, further sofa, coffee table, cabinet, stereo, TV, Sky, DVD (+ DVDs) and X Box with plentiful supply of games. |
| Other: | The large covered patio/balcony overlooks the pool and gardens is equipped with table and chairs.The rear garden has chairls and table for dining and tapas. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided but not beach towels. Please use your own towels for the pool and beach. Smoking is not permitted. Final cleaning is included in the rental price, mid stay cleans can be arranged locally for 50 euros. |

Outside
Outside is a large patio / balcony area overlooking the attractive communal pool and gardens. This is an ideal alfresco eating area and is furnished with patio table and chairs, plus a small portable DVD system for entertainment. To the rear of the apartment is a private small stoned garden area.
Coast/Beach
2 mins drive / 10 mins walk to the local beach which stretches in one direction to the pretty fishing harbour of Villaricos and in the other along to Vera Playa and further to Garrucha and Mojacar Playa. Driving distances to Villaricos Playa beautiful clear waters 5 mins, Vera Playa large sandy beach and bars 10 mins, Garrucha fine sand plus plenty of seafood restaurants 15 mins, Mojacar Playa sandy beach and bars 20 mins, Mojacar Pueblo 20 mins, Cabo De Gata National Park 35 mins.
Golf
The apartment is located within easy reach of several golf courses that suit all levels of golfer. It is also a 5 minute drive from a driving range with a putting green and a 2-hole pitch and putt. Desert Springs (5 min drive) 18 hole par 72. Built to full USGA specifications this course is designed to challenge the world's best players
Valle de Este (10 mins)18 hole par 71 golf course by Jose Canales is designed by integrating the course into the local landscape - the setting of which makes it a spectacular course to play. Marina golf (20 mins) a relatively short course 5092m 18 hole par 72 This course features 3 strategically situated lakes and offers wonderfully diverse views of the Mediterranean sea. Alboran Golf (40 mins) - 18 hole par 72 designed by Ramon Espinosa for the 2005 Mediterranean Games. The long course 6278M with 66 bunkers make this a true test of golf! Cortijo Grande 9-hole soon to be extended to 18. A challenging course set amongst orange groves and hills.
Travel
Almeria approx 60 mins. Murcia at approx 90 mins. Alicante approx 2½ hours. Travel to the apartment from all airports is by efficient motorway routes. Car hire is recommended to make the most of this beautiful area.
Distances
Walk to the typically Spanish village centre of Palomares in 10 mins. Drive to Vera Aqua Park 5 mins. Typical fishing village and pretty coves of Villaricos 5 mins
Vera Playa 10 mins. Garrucha and Mojacar Playa 15 mins. Historic Mojacar Pueblo 20 mins. National Park of Cabo de Gata passing through beach resort of Carboneras 30 mins. Agua Amarga 35 mins. Tabernas (where they filmed the 'Spaghetti Westerns') 30 mins. Granada City and The Alhambra 2½ hours drive.
Further details
Walking distance from the apartment Palomares is a small typically Spanish village with a couple of small supermarkets, pharmacy, a bank, couple of restaurants and bars. Within 5 min drive of the apartment are an enormous variety of excellent places to eat, tapas bars, banks and supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc. Plentiful local markets tour the area full details of timings and locations within the apartment.
Booking notes
Booking deposit £100 (140 euros), balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payable by cheque, transfer into our UK bank or by transfer into our Spanish bank account.
Late bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the total amount is payable on booking. A £100 damage deposit is taken at the time of the final payment and will be returned within 7 days following the rental when our local management agent confirms no damage or breakages.
