The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10). All bedrooms have reverse air-conditioning and en-suite facilities, 2 bedrooms both have en-suite full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms all have en-suite shower rooms. 3 of the bedrooms have own individual courtyards which look out to the terraces, gardens and pool. The spacious lounge seats 10 and has four sofas and large dining table, reverse air conditioning, TV, DVD player, satellite TV, Hi-Fi and personal computer and 24 hour ADSL internet. Flexible. Check in 4pm onwards. Check out 12pm. Cases can be stored for later pick up if required.

Booking notes
25% of booking payable to reserve. Balance payable in euros cash upon arrival or 6 weeks in advance, which ever is preferred. Refundable 750 euro deposit against breakages required on all bookings. Please note: No student/young parties will be accepted, sorry.
