The villa is situated midway between Valencia and Alicante. Situated on small, quiet private development with panoramic views to the Med. Close by are the charming atmospheric villages of Rafol, Tormos, Benidoleig etc. Known collectively as the ‘Rectoria’. The villa is on a small hillside development, it is private and well equipped. Private swimming pool with terrace. It is 20 minutes drive from blue flag beaches. There are 3 international golf courses within 15 minutes drive. The larger towns of Denia and Oliva are within easy reach by car.

Changeover day
During high season weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday. However, we are flexible with other periods. Arrival time to be arranged at booking. We ask that guests vacate the villa by 10am.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king size bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Further small room suitable for child with foldaway bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with modern suite, WC, bath/shower over and heated towel rail. |
| Kitchen: | Electric oven, gas hob, mains gas, so no cumbersome gas bottles, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and second fridge for drinks etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with two large sofas. TV, DVD, CD player, open fireplace (log fires in winter), coffee tables and a selection of CDs, films and games etc. |
| Other: | Covered terrace leading off the lounge with dining table, chairs. Panoramic views to the Mediterranean. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Beach and pool towels, bedding, bath and hand towels provided. The villa is cleaned to a high standard before and after each let. |

Central heating, open log fire, ceiling fans.
Outside
Sun terrace with patio furniture and loungers. Parasols BBQ, private 6x3m pool with roman steps (sole use of guests). Maintained weekly. Pool toys. Covered ‘naya’ terrace for dining etc with blinds for privacy.
Coast/Beach
20 miles of blue flag beaches extend from Denia (20 mins away) to the north, head south and the rocky coves provide excellent scuba sites. Javea 12km.
Golf
La Sella Golf (Denia) and Oliva Nova (Oliva) both 18 hole 72 par golf courses within 20 mins drive.
Skiing
Javalhambre ski resort is 3 hours away by car.
Travel
Alicante 1 hour. Valencia 1 hour. Car hire essential (approx £15 per day).
Distances
Local Spanish village of Rafol d'Almunia is a 5 min drive through the orange groves, bakery, shop bank and bar. The ‘Piscina Bar’ serves food and drinks throughout the day, situated alongside the large public pool with lifeguard (cost 2 euros per day to use the pool. pool open during Spanish summer holidays). Denia with pavement cafes, smart shops, indoor market and quayside fish market, restaurants and nightlife 20 mins.
Further details
The nearby Jalon Valley, with villages of Lliber, Alcalali, Parcent have there own unique specialist produce drawn from the surrounding countryside,-wine from the vines, baskets from the reeds or honey from the orange blossom. In contrast the theme parks of Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia etc are about 45 mins by car.
