Our ground floor luxury air conditioned apartment is ideally located within 5 minutes drive of 3 award winning blue flag beaches, the nearest being Campoamor and Cabo Riog and 3 championship golf courses Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamatin. There is a communal and children’s pool 2 mins stroll away, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment is modern and equipped to a very high standard and within a 5 mins stroll to shops/bars/restaurants. Alicante airport is 45 mins drive and Murcia airport is only 20 mins away. We recommend car hire during your stay.

We will try to be as flexible as possible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space and overhead fan. Extra chair bed available upon request. |
| Bathrooms: | Beautifully tiled bathroom with a unique porthole window comprising of shower, bidet, WC and basin with large mirror. |
| Kitchen: | Modern and fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, oven hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. We also have a food blender and steriliser for those with babies. There are plenty of cooking and eating utensils and enough space to prepare a good meal! |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge with dining area. We have satellite TV, DVD player and music system/CD player. There are a collection of CD's and DVD's available. The lounge leads out through French doors onto a private terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and bed linen are included. The apartment is cleaned and bed linen changed before your arrival and then again at the end of your holiday. A charge of 50 Euro's payable locally. We do not provide beach towels. |

Outside
There is a private terrace area with outside dining table and chairs and a garden for you to sunbathe in. A very short stroll away (2 mins) is a shared swimming pool and children’s pool.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 beaches within a 5 min drive all Blue Flag with white sand making it an ideal location for families. Pedlos can be hired at the Cabo Roig beach in high season, however if you are after something a bit more adventurous Jet Ski's and Banana rides are avaible at La Zenia. The newly refurbished Cabo Roig marina is also only 5 mins way.
Golf
You are in golfer’s paradise if you choose to stay in our apartment. Within 5 mins drive are 3 championship golf courses. Campoamor formerly a country estate it has retained its unspoilt beauty and is an ideal course for all year round, Las Ramblas is very mountainous and surrounded by trees and water hazards making it very interesting... not for the faint hearted! and Villamartin oozing with class there are some great holes and no 2 alike not to mention eye catching mansions you will see on the way round! There is also La Finca about 30 mins away by car this long course has fantastic greens and water everywhere.

Travel
There are two airports both less then a hour away. Alicante airport is approx 45 mins drive away. Murcia airport is approx 20 mins drive away.Taxis operate from both airports.Car hire is also available which we recommend.
Distances
The busy town of Torrevieja is a 15 mins drive. It has numerous shops, restaurants and bars it also has a marina, promenade and Aquapark.
Further details
Banks/cash machine, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants all within easy reach. Other activities include horse riding, cycling, fishing and markets and they are all available in the local area.
Booking notes
We require a non refundable 50% deposit at time of booking, the remaining 50% is to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A £100 security fee for damages/loss of keys is also required. This will be refunded to you in full after we have confirmation that the apartment has been left in good, clean condition and keys returned. Please ensure you take out holiday insurance.
