The apartment offers everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It features a comfortably furnished lounge with satellite TV and includes an open plan dining area with an attractive terrace overlooking the pool with views of the sea. There are 2 x twin bedrooms with built in storage suitable for families (or people who don't want to share a bed!).

The apartment is part of the Mijas Golf Development and is situated in beautifully landscaped grounds. The property features an attractive terrace which overlooks the shared pool below.
Coast/Beach
You are only a 10 mins drive from Fuengirola with its 5 miles of sandy beaches. The resort boasts a wide promenade and plenty of palm trees, interspersed with colourful flower beds and additional seating. The beaches known as Boliches - Gaviotas and Torreblanca hold a European blue flag.
Golf
In this part of Spain you are never very far away from a golf course. The apartment is part of the Mijas Golf Development which features 2 courses - Los Olivos and Los Lagos (within easy walking distance). The apartment is set in the surroundings of 2 of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol in the popular Mijas Golf valley. It is located only 20 mins away from Malaga airport and just 10 mins away from the town of Fuengirola, with its beaches, nautical clubs, famous racecourse and fabulous restaurants. Also, it's only a short drive from the famous ‘White Village’ of Mijas, while the Cosmopolitan Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 mins away in the other direction.
Further details
If there were ever a typical Spanish village worthy of a visit then Mijas, perched high on the hillside near Fuengirola, must be it. Make your way up the winding, narrow road towards the village and see the whitewashed houses arranged in tiers clinging to the hillside. Despite its popularity with the tourists, Mijas has managed to retain its Spanish individualism and character. All over the village are viewpoints and resting places, one of the best being the Muralla Gardens, designed so that flowers are in bloom all year round. The Plaza de la Virgen de la Pena is another ideal place to relax, with the bandstand in the centre. Mijas has splendid views all round. The best can be had from the church on the hill or from the park at the top of the village. Tiny shops line many of its beautiful streets, all brimming with local wares such as ceramics, leatherwork, jewellery and paintings.
