Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. However, July and August a 1 weeks booking is required. Arrival times: No sooner than 3pm and departure time: 10:30am.

Towels and linen are included in the charge. Cleaning is carried out on changeover days and once during the stay.

 

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating. The property is double glazed to keep out heat and cold. Staff live in another property on site and are available to give help making your holiday a truly relaxing and carefree time.

There is a side dining terrace with BBQ area. There is also a jasmine scented front terrace overlooking the private 9 meter by 4 meter floodlight pool with seating and dining areas. Large Webber barbecue, poolside loungers and Sun Umberella. Many fruit trees provide your lemons or oranges for that sundowner in season.

Coast/Beach
The local beach is within 15 mins walk. Within a 20 min drive are the world famous beaches of Marbella and Estepona.

Golf
There are numerous golf courses nearby the closest being El Paraiso and Atalaya. Although the world famous courses of Valderama are within 20 - 30 mins drive away.

Skiing
The ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are a 2 hour drive away.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 40min drive and Gibraltar is a similar distance.

Distances
The nearest town is San Pedro to the east and Estepona to the west. The white villages of Andalucia are within 1 hours drive. Ronda, Jerez and Granada are all within a 2 hour drive.

Further details
Locally there are a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants. Within a 10 minute walk there is a very active bowling club.

Booking notes
Terms/Deposit: A deposit of 25% is required on initial booking the balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Short notice bookings i.e. less than 10 weeks to be paid in full.

Cancellation by the Client: More than 3 months before the rental period commences, we will retain 50% of the deposit.
Less than 3 months but more than 10 weeks before the rental period commences, we will retain 100% of the deposit.
Less than 10 weeks before the rental period commences payment due in full.

‘You have a lovely, lovely, home in Spain. We felt very honoured to be able to stay there. Thank you. It is an unforgettable place. Our Kids took us all over the place. John and I never had to drive or navigate once during the week - a world record! So we had a fantastically relaxing time, saw Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, marinas and the inside of several bars, restaurants and shops... not to mention playing and watching bowls! I am sure anyone who stays in your villa will have an equally wonderful time because they can choose either to roam round or stay in and relax. Being able to eat an orange like an apple (the skin and pith were so soft and I like those bits anyway!) plucked off the tree was ace... Oh yes... and the bookshelves were like being at home...I found a John Francome, James Patterson and Ian Rankin I hadn't read before.
