With own separate entrance the property has 1 bedroom, a spacious shower-room and open plan living and dining rooms which open out directly onto the 8x4m pool. Outside there is also an undercover BBQ and sitting area. Until recently Casa Panaderia was a working bakery, the reformation of which into apartment accommodation has just been completed. The apartment is comfortably furnished overlooking the pool and outside living area. The bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink. The open plan kitchen/living room has comfortable seating, V and DVD player. The kitchen contains an oven, hob and fridge/freezer. The living room sofa converts to a double bed should guests require additional sleeping berths.

Coast/Beach
Illora is ideally situated for travel within Andalucia with Granada being only 30 minutes away and Malaga (1hr), Seville (2hrs), Cordoba (1hr) and Almeria (1.5hrs) all being within day trip distance. In addition the beaches of the Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical are within 1 hr.
Golf
The apartment is within 30 minutes of central Granada and visitors will find golf courses, lakes, go-carting, horse-riding and skiing within convenient travel distances. In addition the village of Illora has numerous bars and restuarants and benefits from 2 municipal pools.
Skiing
Granada is said to be the only place in Europe where you can ski in the morning and hit the beach in the afternoon. The fantastic resort of Sierra Nevada can be seen from Illora and is easily accessible by car.
Special interest holidays
Walking, horse-riding, ski passes and Alhambra palace passes can be arranged for all visitors. During the months of September to may we specialise in walking holidays. We offer a tailor made holiday aimed at either the leisurely walker or the more keen walker who likes a challenge. Let us combine your day with walking and enjoying a relaxing spa followed by a massage. It’s a chance to take in the breathtaking scenery of the snow capped Sierra Nevada Mountains and spectacular Alhambra palace. Our specialist holidays are half board. Prices include breakfast and three course meal. Activities included are: visit to Alhambra Palace, visit to natural spa, guided tour of historic Granada by bus or walking, transport from local airport of Granada if requested. We cater for the smaller or larger groups. One week half board is £475 pp.
Travel
Granada airport is circa 25 minutes away and Malaga airport is less than 75 minutes away. Car hire is recommended but Illora is easily accessed by bus from Granada.

Montefrio - 15 mins.
Granada - 30 mins.
Malaga - 1 hour.
Alhama de Granada - 45 mins.

Illora has literally over 50 bars, has numerous banks, supermarkets, a 24 hr medical centre and has a regular bus service to Granada. In addition it has 2 municipal swimming pools and a sports centre with numerous leisure and gym facilities.

Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings less than 6 weeks prior to arrival we require payment in full at the time of booking.
If you have to cancel for any reason and we can re-let we will refund any monies paid.
Last minute bookings payment can be made, in Euros, on arrival.
