Within a short walk of the apartment the beaches are plentiful and vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Many of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the blue flag awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. The beaches close enough to walk to along the coastline are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima. Playas Flemenca and La Zenia are the closest to the apartment, only a 10 – 15 mins walk. The Playa Flamenca centre is only a 5 mins stroll from the apartment. It has many bars with entertainment and restaurants, plus a supermarket, shops and a bank. The Villamartin centre is a short 5 min drive, also with numerous bars and restaurants, and in the summer evenings there is a variety of entertainment provided in the Plaza. The Aquaparks at Torrevieja and Quesada provide lots of fun in the summer months. Go Karting is available close by and the Terra Mitcha theme park is about 90 mins away by car. No smoking and no pets.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There is also a local charge for linen / towel change - 55 Euros payable on arrival. Airport transfers return are Mucia 35 Euros and Alicante 45 Euros, door to door by our agent. If you are making your own way there is a local meet and key delivery charge of 20 Euros.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches all within walking distance, the closest beach is a 10 mins walk. New for 2007 are promenades linking formal walkways to 6 beaches to the south. There are other beaches within a short drive. Please see our website for details.

Villamartin 10 mins. Las Ramblas 15 mins. Campamoor 15 mins. La Finca 20 mins.
Travel
Alicante 45 mins. Murcia 20 mins. Our agent can arrange pick up and transfer direct to the apartment. A car is not necessary as beaches, restaurants and entertainment are in walking distance.
