The 2 bedroom ground floor bungalow is south facing with outstanding views of the Salt Lake, orange groves and on a clear day the sea! The patio and garden has the sun from January to December. Ideal location to have a quiet holiday or to travel the surrounding area, base for home buying or to experience the lively Torrevieja. The new 18 hole golf course Vistabella is now open, 2 mins along road plus another l6 golf courses from Alicante to La Manga. The old town of Orihuela and all beaches are a short drive away with clean sandy beaches and clear blue seas.We are 75mins drive by motorwayto BENIDORM and are 5 minutes drive to the motorway which will take you to Murcia airport (25 minutes), Alicante airport (35 mins) and all beaches. Los Montesinos village is 8 mins.drive away We have owned our bungalow/appt. since it was built in the early 2000 and have been with Owners Direct for many years.

Changeover day
This can be flexible to able you to take advantage of mid-week cheap air travel with Ryanair and Easyjet.

All bed linen and towels are included but swimming towels must be provided. Linen and towels will be changed weekly if staying longer. The the key holder and cleaner likes to received her charge in euros when she gives you the keys on arrival. |

Notes on accommodation
The bungalow is on the ground floor, in a quiet position on the edge of the complex hence the great views. Heating and duvets are provided during the cooler months. There are fans for the warmer months.
Outside
Shaded l0ft patio with table, chairs and loungers and lit for outside dining. Two communal pools for apartment use are 1 minute away. The garden area has table and chairs.
Our patio is south facing and the temperature can reach 80-90 in February / March and October / November and we have a settee and loungers on the patio to make your sunbathing more comfortable.
We have the use of two communal swimming pools which are both locked and only certain properties can use them.
A pub, restaurant, cafe and bar (which has marvellous views). The cafe and pub both serve English breakfast. The pub serves lunches and the cafe serves food till 9pm and two general shops stocking English goods.
Coast/Beach
A number of beaches can be reach along the coast line or by
motorway a short drive away. All have very clean sandy beaches and clear blue sea. La Mata and Guadamar beaches
can be reach by car in 20mins. Beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue sea, very safe, all maned by lifeguards.
Golf
Vistabella the new 19 hole golf course is now open, 2mins in car. Vistabella is next door to Naranjos,when complete will reach the village of Jacarilla, a marvellous Golf Course with outstanding views and it has a bar, restaurant and entertainment open to non-members. There are 16 golf courses from Alicante to La Manga.
Travel
Murcia airport (25 mins). Alicante (35 mins). Car hire is recommended but there are at least 2 taxi's on the complex and they can arrange to drive you from the airport and for days out. Cycles can be hired daily from 1.42 euro or weekly basis,will be delivered. Car Hire from £108 per week.
Distances
Los Montesinos and San Miguel 8 mins drive. Torrevieja, Orihuela, Guardamar 20 mins drive. There is a street market on every day of the week, the larger ones being Guardamar Wednesday, Torreveija Friday and Big Sunday Market.

Kentucky Fried Chicken. There are supermarkets in Los Montesinos and San Miguel which include English that stock English goods. There is cafe serving food and drinks, a pub serving meals and a new Chinese Restaurant opened in
2010(to be recommended, a good meeting place with friends and Menu starting
at under 6 Euro for 3 courses.on Naranjos, also the new Golf Course has a restaurant open to non residents. Several restaurants to be recommended in San Miguel, 8 mins. drive. Naranjos has 2 shops stocking English Goods

The family have had a wonderful and relaxing 3 week holiday.
We have got up late, eaten, drank and lazed around(thats the

I have been in Holiday accommodation busines for 47 years, thus being Hotel Receptionist, Help run a Hote1
(from cleaner,waitress,wages clerk,receptionist,bar work
bookings clerk,spring cleaning pillows,rooms in the Winter)running my own holiday flats and since 2002 our
bungalow in Spain, so the Spring Cleaning continues
for beds,linen etc when we are there. Our bungalow
has given us the chance to stay for long periods in another country, to get to know the Spanish way of life
and our friendly English neighbours and the Spanish people and of course the lovely sunshine. We go in October and March thus before the English Winter and after, I think my husband and I are healthier for it.
Our aim is make our guests comfortable for their stay,
