The 2 bedroom ground floor bungalow is south facing with outstanding views of the Salt Lake, orange groves and on a clear day the sea! The patio and garden has the sun from January to December. Ideal location to have a quiet holiday or to travel the surrounding area, base for home buying or to experience the lively Torrevieja. There are 16 plus golf courses from Alicante to La Manga.and a new one being built next to complex . The old town of Orihuela is a short drive away which has the train to Murcia and the other way to Alicante which cost a few euros. All beaches are a short drive away with clean sandy beaches and clear blue seas. We are 5 minutes drive way from the motorway which will take you to Murcia airport (25 minutes), Alicante airport (35 mins)and all beaches. We have owned our apartment since 2003 and are now taking the opportunity to be with Owner Direct.

Living Rooms: Lounge dining room with two x 3 seater settees and a easy chair, extending dining table seat 6. English TV with 40 plus stations and radio. Radio with tape and CD player and a selection of books.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen and towels are included but swimming towels must be provided. Linen and towels will be changed weekly if staying longer. The property is cleaned after changeover by the key holder and a charge will be paid to her in euros when picking up key

 

Notes on accommodation
The bungalow is on the ground floor, in a quiet position on the edge of the complex hence the great views. Heating and duvets are provided during the cooler months. There are fans for the warmer months.

Outside
Shaded l0ft patio with table, chairs and loungers and lit for outside dining. Two communal pools for aptment use are 1 minute away and is allocated to a small number of apartments. The garden area has table and chairs. A new Pub and Restuarant is now open.

Coast/Beach
A number of beaches can be reach along the coast line or by
motorway a short drive away. All have very clean beaches and sea.

Travel
Murcia airport (25 mins). Alicante (35 mins). Car hire is recommended but there are at least 2 taxi's on the complex and they can arrange to drive you from the airport and for days out.

Distances
Los Montesinos and San Miguel 8 mins drive. Torrevieja, Orihuela, Guardamar 20 mins drive. There is a street market on every day of the week, the larger ones being Guardamar Wednesday, Torreveija Friday and Big Sunday Market.

Banks in Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Torrevieja. Water Splash. Large shops- inc. C & A, H M - Bowling,English cinema in Torrevieja. Good Italian, Chinese, Dutch and German restaurants, also the favourites, MacDonalds,Burger King and
Kentucky Fried Chicken. There are supermarkets in Los Montesinos and San Miguel which include English that stock English goods.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required and this non-refundable. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
