‘Monte Verde’ is a newly completed community in the hills overlooking the Mar Menor and golf courses. There are 2 large outside swimming pools, heated in the Spring and Autumn and an indoor pool just 2 minutes from the villa that is heated throughout the winter. It is within easy walking distance of the central plaza with its large array of shops, restaurants and bars. This immaculately presented villa has four double bedrooms with three bathrooms, two en suite. An expansive through lounge/dining room has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The fully fitted granite kitchen has a breakfast bar along with microwave/dishwasher and washing machine. 2 terraces provide all year round sunshine with an outside brick barbecue and panoramic views.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All part weeks will be priced pro rata. Minimum rental will be 4 days.
Changeover day
High season will be only available form Saturday to Saturday. All other times are flexible. Check-in time is 4:00pm and departure 10:30am.

Outside
The villa has balconies and a roof terrace for year round sunshine. There is also a brick built barbecue and patio furniture for six people. Monte Verde has three pools two outdoor and one of which is heated from May to October and an indoor pool heated throughout the winter.
Coast/Beach
The club has its own small beach with usual facilities and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. There are several beaches off the site both on the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.
Golf
La Manga's has a choice of 3 championship golf courses all at substantially reduced rates for villa guests. All the facilities of the excellent golf school are also available There is also a picturesque par 47 pitch and put.
Travel
Murcia is the nearest airport with many low cost flights from many UK and European cities. The drive is no more than 25 minutes to the club.
Alicante is 75 minutes drive.
Distances
There are several villages with supermarkets, shops and resaturants. Cartagena is the largest town and is a twenty minute drive it has department stores, supermarkets and many places of interest.
Further details
La Manga is famous for its sporting facilities which include tennis academy with 28 courts (most floodlit) of various surfaces and fully qualified resident pros. There is squash, bowls a fully equiped gym. There is a fully staffed kids club for 0-12 years, open five days a week. There is also horse riding, scuba diving, crazy golf, and bike hire easily available. There is also a fantastic spa with a 25m indoor pool Jacuzzi steam rooms and sauna and numerous treatments to pamper the body and mind. La Manga has two supermarkets and one deli on site and numerous quality restaurants and shops and also banking facilities. There are several restaurants off site that are good value. There is a medical centre on site manned by local doctors and two chemists.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% will be required once a booking has been confirmed, the remainder will be payable six weeks before departure.
