Changeover day
Arrival and departures on any day of the week accepted. Arrival after 4pm, departure time before 10.30am. An additional cost will be incurred if arrivals are after 6pm or departures after 10.30am £30.00.

Towels and linen supplied and changeovers are done when our guests arrive and depart. Managing agents can arrange for additional cleaning and linen change but would incur an extra cost. |

Outside
Three large terraces each with own unique views and furnishings. Small private terrace off master bedroom with sea views. Large deluxe gas BBQ. Gas patio heaters provided in the cooler months. Pool terrace with dining table and 6 chairs with large umbrella. Pool has been designed to maximise outdoor living, including special pool lighting (multi-coloured) and Moroccan style wall lights provide a unique ambience.
Coast/Beach
Only 7 mins drive to the famous sandy Benidorm beaches and 10 minutes to the stunning beaches of Altea, Albir and Cala de Finistrat. A little further away but worth the journey is the less busy beach of Villajoyosa, including a unique and famous nudist beach (next to the Casino).
Golf
Only 5 mins away from the newly completed Real de Faula golf course which is attached to the Sheraton Hotel and Spa. This course provides the golfer with sweeping sea and mountain views with lush greens and excellent 19th hole facilities!
Special interest holidays
Outdoor activities include, horse riding, mountain climbing and mountain bike excursions all within very close proximity. Scuba diving facilities in all the major centres such as Altea and Albir. PADI facilities available for those wishing to do basic to advanced scuba diving courses.
Travel
Alicante airport is 35 minute drive away. Car hire is essential for enjoying you stay at the villa. Car is available from the Airport. Recommended companies can be given at time of booking the villa.
Distances
La Nucia and Pollop and Alfaz de Pi are villages close by to the villa. The villa is situated south of the main village of La Nucia which is famous for its weekly antique Rastro held every Sunday morning. Ancient sites of interest such as the Ermita are close by and details of these can be found through the local Tourist Office in La Nucia. Pass through Polop to explore the famous Guadelest area which dates back to Arabique origins. The scenic falls of Algar are a must to visit.

7 mins drive to Benidorm famed for stunning beaches and extravagant nightlife or 10 mins drive in the opposite direction you are in the most visited area in Spain, Guadalest and its stunning valley, renown for its scenery and steeped in Moorish history. Close by are the famed towns of Altea, Alfaz del Pi, Albir and Calpe, all unique and worth a visit in themselves. Shops and famed restaurants are found in the immediate vicinity of La Nucia and Polop which have regular market days and include the famed El Rastro every Sunday morning. A must for the bargain hunter!
Booking notes
25% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance required 8 weeks before arrival. £150 key and damage deposit also required prior to departure. Any breakages or damage to be paid for at current replacement costs. Electricity costs will be deducted from the deposit before it returned.
