A spacious 2 bedroom garden apartment with a sunny south facing aspect in the prestigious Miraflores development at Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa. The apartment has its own private terrace (including table, chairs and loungers) leading to a grassed area overlooking a communal pool which is set in tropical gardens. The pool area includes showers, WCs, sun loungers, straw umbrellas, palm trees and planted borders and a pool bar which serves drinks and light meals. There is also a pool table at the bar. In a central location on the Costa del Sol, it is only 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport and ideally situated between Fuengirola (10 min) and Marbella (15 min), near to the beach and numerous golf courses. Prices are stated in weekly rates although we can be flexible for long weekends and midweek arrivals out of peak season.
Changeover day
Saturdays, but this can be flexible out of peak season.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 mins walk (600m) and has a few bars/restaurants. The stunning beach at La Cala is about 1.5km to the east and is beautiful with golden sands and acres of space.
Golf
The apartment is ideally placed for a golfing holiday, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is less than 1km from Miraflores golf club and its Golf Academy / Driving Range, and is less than 15 minutes drive from no less than 20 renowned golf courses. There is also a golf booking agency and comprehensive golf equipment shop approx 1.5km from the apartment, whose staff are extremely helpful and can obtain cheaper rates than booking direct.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is approx 1.5 hrs drive from the apartment.
Travel
Nearest airport: Malaga (20 mins). Car hire, though not essential is recommended in order to fully enjoy the area.

Further details
The apartment is located within Miraflores with car parking directly outside. It is a short walk (10 minutes) from a small complex of shops, restaurants and bars including:- Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian restaurants, Good Supermarket with fresh bread, Gift/Papershop (English papers), Cashpoint Machine, Hairdressers. A more comprehensive shopping plaza and further restaurants, bus stop and a taxi rank are a 20 mins walk and only a short drive away are numerous excellent restaurants and bars. Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival, full prepayment is required at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is payable prior to arrival and refundable 2 weeks after departure and return of keys, subject to there being no damage to the property or contents on departure.
