Outside
The villa is built on 610sqm consisting of large private pool (10x5mts), garden area and driveway. There is a barbecue with seperate outside stone table and seating. There is also a veranda with glass wicker table and chairs provided. Also provided are 6 sun beds and 2 small drinks tables with large umbrella. 4 Deck and 2 Beach Deck Chairs. Selection of children's pool inflatables for guest use. Cards, chess and other board games are available.
Coast/Beach
It is a 15-20min drive to beaches of San Javier (Costa Calida) and the world renowned Mar Menor. Beaches like San Pedro del la Pinatar and Playa De Horradada are close by. From there it's your choice which beach you wish to visit stretching from Costa Blanca down to Costa Calida. La Manga beach is approximately 30min drive.
Golf
El Trampolin is surrounded by 5 golf course (3 still under construction) Mosa Trajectum, 2 courses, 5 min drive. (Three Polaris World soon to be opened) The newly opened Roda golf course 15 min away with Los Ramblas and other courses 30min. The famous La Manga Golf course is approximately 35-40 drive.
Travel
Just 20 minutes from the Airport of San Javier and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport. Corvera Airport is due to open in 2007 which will be approximately 15 minute drive. The hire of a car is essential.
Distances
The historic city of Murcia and is 15 minutes via the autovia. The Naval town of Cartgena is approx 30min, where you can participate in water excursions, museums and sightseeing. The nearest villages are Balsicas and Roldan which are approximately 5 minutes drive. There is a bowling alley with a combined restaurant and large screen. Karting is available at several locations the closest being a 900mtr track next to San Javier Airport. Local markets most days at various locations nearby.
Further details
Numerous local supermarkets can be found in the local villages but note these do close during the siesta period. There are several cashpoints in the locality. Dos Mares which is a large shopping centre with restaurants, supermarket, cinema, english bookstore and various boutiques is 15 min drive.

Booking and full payment is required 1 month prior to departure. A deposit of £200 is required and refundable if nothing damaged.
