Our ground floor apartment built in May 2006 has been furnished to an extremely high standard by interior designers with every need catered for down to the martini glasses and cocktail shakers!! The shared pool is a few strides away. The views from the private terrace are second to none which can be enjoyed whilst dining al fresco or relaxing in the comfy seating area. Guests have access to the amenities at La Quinta which include restaurants, 27 hole golf course, 5* hotel and luxury Health Spa opening Aug 2007. The famous Puerto Banus is 8 mins by car with its harbour full of luxurious cruisers and fast cars. It is the place to see and be seen. Superb restaurants line the seafront, alternatively shop until you drop in Marbella which is 15 mins away by car.

All bookings made from 1 May 2008 and taken before 31 December 2008 get a 10% discount.
The apartment is fully equipped and the price includes electricity and linen. Laundry is changed weekly. Additional laundry and cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Bookings within 3 weeks prior to departure get a 15% discount.
Changeover day
We are very flexible on arrival and departure days and will also do our best to accommodate times of arrival, there may be a fee for out of hours/late arrivals and departures.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning and heating units. Each bathroom has underfloor heating.
Access to the apartment from the secure undergound car park is via both stairs or lift.
The pool has a shallow end suitable for children and is set within secure gardens with toilets outside and showers. The apartment is non smoking.
Outside
Large terrace with covered and open areas benefitting from a substantial dining table and 6 chairs and also a comfy seating area, each side offering uninterrupted views of the private gardens, mountains and Puerto Banus.
Coast/Beach
There are a wide variety of sandy beaches nearby.
San Pedro is 5 mins by car mixture of shingle and sand
Pure sandy beaches of Puerto Banus are 8 mins by car
Marbella sandy beaches 15 minutes by car and Estepona approx 15 mins by car.
All beaches are very spacious, safe and well equipped with restaurants and toilets.
Golf
The apartment is 2 minutes from La Quinta golf which benefits from 3 courses, a golf pro shop and academy.
A number of other top courses are within a few minutes drive. The apartment is stocked with plenty of golf books and course locators for the enthusiast.
Skiing
The ski slopes of Sierra Nevada are within 2 hours drive and offer good snow. The ski season is from mid December to late April. There are a good selection of slopes from nursery to red runs.
Travel
La Quinta has easy motorway access and is approx 40 mins drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports.
Malaga in particular has several daily flights from all the major low cost airlines.
Car hire is recommeneded to enjoy the superb surroundings of La Quinta and some of the more traditional Spanish mountain villages.
Distances
The apartment is in an extremely good location to benefit from the glitz of Puerto Banus 8 mins by car, the shopaholics paradise of Marbella 15 mins by car and the traditional mountain village of Benahavis 15 mins by car with its superb restaurants.
The villages of Mijas and the famous Ronda are also well worth a visit and are within an hours drive. Our apartment has a folder of suggested excursions, you certainly will not be bored but may not have time to fit everything in !!
Further details
There are several local supermarkets, one within 2 mins of the apartment and others located in San Pedro which has all the usual amenities. For more extensive shopping the beautiful shopping centre of El Cortes Ingles is located in Puerto Banus with a huge hypercor; there is also a Carrefour near Estepona. Puerto Banus has a market every Saturday which is well worth a visit, where you can buy everything from palm trees to leather goods and handstitched tapestries.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not received by no later than 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to re-let the apartment.
Bookings can be made for any day of the week. A deposit of 300 euros is requested on the day of arrival, by either cash or credit card details, which will be refunded in full after the departure inspection.
