A 15 minute drive takes you to Algarrobo coast with sandy beach, water sports and a number of shops, bars and restaurants. A 7 minute drive to the typically Spanish village of Arenas provides restaurants, bars and a weekly market. A 20 minute drive takes you to Velez-Malaga where there is a large shopping centre with cinema complex and bowling alley. Also just opposite this you will find the Aqua Velez water park. Nerja Caves are a famous tourist attraction.
Golf
Baviera Golf 18 hole course is only a 20 minute drive away.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is 1.5 hour's drive away.
Special interest holidays
Overnight excursions to Morocco, horse trecking trips,fishing trips can be arranged through the owner, who is available to advise on local events and amenities. Pleasant mountain walk to Castillo Bentomiz, an original Moorish fort.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 45 min drive and car hire is easily available on-line.
Alternatvely a range of 4x4 vehicles are available for hire from 200 euros per week, plus pick up and return to Malaga Airport at 40 euros per trip, ensuring a stress free start and end to your holiday. Evening taxi service available to local restaurants and bars.
