Isbilia is built in a Spanish rural style with terracotta floors. It has a light and airy feel throughout with modern aspect. The Villa has been designed and furnished to high standards. The house has two levels: On the Ground floor there is a fully fitted open plan kitchen and dining room. The lounge leads directly to an outside terrace overlooking the pool and garden with spectacular sea views. There is a large downstairs bedroom with en-suite. On the Second floor there are three bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a study. The 1st bedroom is a large twin bedded room with mountain views and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom is a double room with a private side terrace with sea and mountain views. The 3rd bedroom, being the master bedroom, has an extensive sun terrace with romantic sea views and air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious and there is a study - wireless internet connection throughout. We have a salt water pool, BBQ and beautiful private gardens with parking.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. We provide a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. A good selection of pans, dishes, glasses and crockery. Baby sterilizer.
Utility Room: Iron with ironing board. Mop and bucket. Sweeping brush. High chair for infants.
Living Rooms: The dining room and lounge lead directly to an outside terrace overlooking the pool with sea views. We provide a satellite TV, DVD player, and music system in the lounge.
Other: Wireless Internet access available throughout the property.

Outside
The swimming pool is a good size and has an area to sit and enjoy pool side drinks. The pool has a salt water chlorinate which creates a cleaner/clearer soft water free from irritation from chlorine - like swimming in fresh water. There is a BBQ area with table and chairs adjacent. There is also the outside terrace which is of a good size and overlooks the pool with sea views.

Coast/Beach
The steps opposite the Villa provide access to the beach - Cabo de la Plata which is a 2 minute walk away. To the left there is a small rocky headland which is good for snorkelling and fishing. To the right the beach stretches for several kilometres to the village of Zahara de los Atunes.

Golf
There are several good golf courses within easy reach which can be used all year round. Within 20 km from the Villa, you will find the Montenmedio course - an 18 hole par 72 course.

Travel
Villa Isbilia is 1 hour 15 mins from Jerez de la Frontera airport -Ryanair / 1 hour from Gibraltar airport. Monarch or British Airways or Easyjet / 2.5 hours from Malaga airport - various airlines / 2.5 hours from Seville airport. A car is essential.

Distances
There are numerous villages and towns within easy reach of the Villa. Tarifa is a 30 minute drive and is a great spot for windsurfing/kite surfing and has a lovely old town with shops and restaurants. Bolonia is a 25 minute drive and has some sand dunes with small beach bars and the famous Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia. Jerez is 1 hour 15 mins drive. Can visit the sherry bodegas. Home of the Andulasian horses - breeding can be seen at the Real Escuela de Arte Ecuestre.

Further details
There is a small shop a few minutes walk away near the Melia Atlanterra hotel which has most essentials and has fresh bread each morning. Otherwise the shops and majority of restaurants are located in Zahara de los Atunes which is a 5 minute drive away. Larger supermarkets can be found at Tarifa, Barbate and Chiclana. We provide further details of restaurants on our website.

Booking notes
Prices for the property per week and payable in Euros. A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking and the balance of 70% is payable in cash (Euros) on arrival.
