Finca Alma is an enchanting, 2 bedroom, stone built villa, which has a separate annexe below the main house. The house is set amongst six acres of Almond, Olive, Cypress, Oak and Carob trees, at an altitude of approximately 600mts. Access is reached by a private track. A "magical place" designed for those who love simplicity, comfort and peace. Simply furnished in rustic style, this romantic stone built house, has a spacious open plan living area with large south facing terraces and outside swimming pool. The new annexe is a beautiful double bedroom, with en suite shower room, with its own little terrace, and a fantastic view. All around there are spectacular unspoiled vistas of the Andalucian country side with views to the Mediterranean and Morocco. Ronda a 34 km drive away. The coast with its fine beaches is 35km. The area of Gaucin is ideal for walking, bird life, riding; with a national park close by.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Prices include weekly cleaning (Saturday), bottled gas, linen and bathroom towels. An additional fee for winter logs. Discounts for long rentals. ie; 4 weeks plus. THE ANNEXE IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL JUNE and cannot be rented individually. The prices showing are for the house only, should you require the annexe please add £200 to the above prices.

1 double bedroom en-suite in annex.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with half bath, shower over, WC and basin. En-suite shower room, WC and hand basin.
Kitchen: Open plan to sitting room, with oven, hob, bottled gas and fridge/freezer. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
Living Rooms: Sitting/dining room with hi fi, books and board games. Wood burning stove. Heating supplement for logs and electric radiators in bedrooms £14 per day.

All towels and linen provided. Change over and cleaning on Saturday, New guests to arrive after 4pm

Notes on accommodation
A basic food hamper is available on arrival for a supplement of £50. Mains water, and bottled water is available in gaucin. The cottage is unsuitable for children under the age of 6 or anyone for whom steps and steep land may be a problem.

Outside
Finca Alma has a covered terrace off the kitchen, with 2 sofas and a dinning terrace at the front of the house with a barbecue (somewhat rustic). The swimming pool (8m x 3m x 7.7m max) is chemically treated, filtered and has a covered terrace.

35km. About a 30 minute drive.

Golf
There are many golf courses on the coast.

Travel
Airport - Gibraltar 1 hour. Malaga 1 and a half hours. Jerez 1 and a half hours approx. Seville 2 and a half hours.

Gaucin 2kms.

Further details
Nearby Gaucin, 2kms away with its ruinous castle, has most amenities and is a good centre for visiting Ronda and Seville. It is an excellent choice for birdwatchers, walkers and lovers of rural Spain.

''We have had a wonderfully relaxing 2 week holiday, have seen a fantastic variety of wildlife which we have mostly failed to identify or failed to photograph. We have eaten extremely well, so that we are not quite streamlined in the pool. We have played cards and dominoes by candlelight. Have sunned ourselves on the terrace, and have laughed more in this fortnight in this magical place than we have for months. We go home (reluctantly) as happier people. Thank you x.''
