Villa Cazorla is a luxury 2 storey detached villa, completely surrounded by its own garden with an 8m x 4m private pool with extensive sun terrace. It is situated right in the middle of Las Ramblas Golf Course, high above the 3rd and 7th holes, with an open countryside aspect stretching all the way to La Manga in the south. It has an extremely sunny aspect but also offers the welcome shade of an enclosed veranda and a number of palm trees. There is also a large solarium and balcony on the roof. There are number of blue flag beaches approx 5 minutes drive away and a choice of many more golf courses close by; 2 within a 5 minute drive.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Rentals are payable in UK Pounds and discounts are available for periods in excess of two weeks.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom is on the first floor and opens onto a balcony and solarium it has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the ground floor, both have two single beds. All bedrooms have hot or cold air-conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite to the master bedroom has a bath and shower over, basin, wc and bidet. The ground floor bathroom has a bath and shower over, basin, wc and bidet. There is also a separate wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is a large American style one with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. All surfaces are granite and there is a breakfast bar and seats. |
| Living Rooms: | The ground floor has a hot or cold air-conditioned lounge with 2 sofas. There is English TV, and a DVD player, coffee table and small cabinet. There is a separate hot or cold air-conditioned dining area with an extending dining room table and 6 chairs. |
| Other: | There is a covered veranda that has 2 chairs and a sofa around a coffee table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels for the beach and pool. The villa is cleaned prior to your stay. Linen changes or cleaning can be arranged and is payable locally. |

Coast/Beach
The beautiful area of Las Ramblas is known as a golfers paradise but is also a pleasant retreat from all having much interest for the naturalist. There are a number of blue flag beaches approx a 5 minute drive. A little further away is the still waters of the Mar Menor, an inland saltwater lagoon created by the peninsular of La Manga. The water here is even warmer and there are never any waves; great for small children. The locals claim that the waters have health giving properties.
Golf
The villa is situated high above the Las Ramblas Golf Course and has commanding views over the 3rd and 7th holes. It is a short stroll to the clubhouse or a one minute drive. Bordering to Las Ramblas is Real Club de Golf Campoamor and less than 10 mins drive away is Villamartin Golf Club. All offer competitive green fees. Other courses in the area are La Finca,Mossa,Altorreal,La Marquesa,Mojacar, Valle del Este,La Envia,Oliva Nova, Bonalba, Alicante, Alenda, El Plantino,La Selle, El Saler and the world famous resort of La Manga, just 40 mins drive away.
Travel
Murcia airport is the nearest airport to the villa approx 25 mins drive away and Alicante Airport is approximately 45 mins drive away. A hire car or use of a car is essential if guests are to take full advantage of what this resort has to offer.
Distances
Murcia (Capital of Baroque) is approx 45 mins away, Cartagena (with its Roman remains, amphtheatre and naval college is approx 1 hour away, Alicant (hilltop castle) is approx 50 mins away and Benidorm (with its theme park - Terra Mitica) is approx 1½ hour drive away. The nearest town to the villa is Torrevieja just 15 mins drive away.
Further details
The is an excellent choice of restaurants at Villamartin Plaza and a number of banks and a Mercadona Supermarket very close to the entrance to Las Ramblas.

To make a booking or to enquire about availability please contact the owners direct. Prices are inclusive for the property per week, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of the booking, with the final balance being payable within 8 weeks of the stay. For health reasons of the owners of the villa and future guests, the villa has a strictly no smoking and no pets policy.
