’Casita Blanca’, a Moorish style villa with high beamed ceiling is built on one level and situated in a quiet position with spectacular views over unspoilt hills and mountains. Privacy is assured in this holiday home which has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a shower room, a kitchen, lounge/diner and entrance. Outside there is a large top terrace plus a terrace by the pool and off road car parking. A welcome pack and weekly linen is provided. There is a maid service between lets. Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 75 minutes by car, Denia and Javea beaches are 25/35 minutes.

Changeover day
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 16:00 hours but this can be negociated if the villa is empty. Guests are requested to depart no later than 11:00 hours.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge / dining room has a double futon in an area that can be curtained off to make a third sleeping area. There is a satellite TV, VHS, DVD and CD players. There are programmable electric radiators and a gas heater for Autumn and Winter guests. |

Linen and villa towels are included, but not pool or beach towels, and supplied for each week booked. The villa is cleaned between lets. |

Coast/Beach
The closest beaches are Vergel 20 mins, Denia, 25 mins and Javea, 35 mins drive. The beaches of Moraira, Oliva and Gandia are about 40 mins drive away. Benidorm 45 mins drive.
Golf
La Sella, Oliva and Javea golf courses all about 20 to 30 minutes drive. La Sella, at the Marriott Hotel, is an exceptionally beautiful, secluded and peaceful 18 hole golf course.
Travel
Car hire is highly recommended. Alicante and Valencia Airports each an easy 75 minute drive on the A7 (AP7) motorway, entry/exit 62 Ondara (for Orba). Turn inland, towards Benidoleig and the mountains, straight on up through the Orange Groves for approximately 8 klms, Orba is the 2nd village at the foothills of the mountains.
Distances
Orba village is a 3 minutes drive away. Denia is 25 and Javea 35 mins drive away. A wonderful drive through the Jalon valley and over the mountains to the Algar Waterfalls and Guadalest makes for interesting days out. A 20 mins drive to Vergel Safari Park is recommended. An exciting day out for all is the 45 mins drive to Benidorm visiting 'Terra Mitica' Adventure Theme Park, 'Mundomar' Dolphin/Seal Show, 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park and 'Terra Natura', Animal Theme Park.
Further details
The village of Orba has three banks with ATMs, one large and two smaller supermarkets. Julie's an English supermarket sells just about anything that British desire when abroad. There are various style restaurants, including Indian, English and German. Orba has an excellent 24-hour Medical Centre. Many bars and various interesting shops, including a working pottery, selling direct, using traditional techniques from earlier times. The nearest good restaurant and bar is approximately 600m from the villa. Nightlife is to be found in Denia, Javea, Calpe and Benidorm.

A refundable deposit, provided the villa is re-let for the full amount, of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid six weeks' prior to your arrival.
