An 80 Euros end clean charge is payable locally. We accept payment in Euros at the current exchange rate. Additional days can be arranged or weekend lets. Changeover day is flexible Saturday preferred in July and August. Long term lets available at very good discount, phone or email for more info. 10% discount for all bookings taken before end Jan 2011.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning at no extra cost and the upstairs bedrooms all have ceiling fans. There is full central heating if required during the winter months also included in the price. The television includes BBC 1 and 2 and ITV and Sky 1. Internet connection is available in the villa and at the hotel enquiries should be made at the hotel. . There is a small end clean charge of 80 euros paid locally. Welcome grocery packs can also be arranged for 18 Euros.
Outside
Private swimming pool 7m x 3.5m, outdoor pool shower. Safe fenced garden, 2 sun terraces with sun loungers, dining table with 6 chairs and pool toys. There is a secure gate in the back garden which opens out to a communal play area with slide and swings for small children.
Coast/Beach
Close to Mar Menor beaches with a variety of water sports and diving available. Famous for wind surfing and kite surfing. 5 minute drive from nearest beach at Los Alcazares which is child friendly and popular with the locals.
Golf
Villa located on a quiet part of the stunning Mar Menor golf Resort, Course designed by golfer Dave Thomas. Only 20 mins drive to La Manga Club with its two world renowned golf courses. Guests can also use the 18 hole course at the nearby Polaris resorts including La Torre. Preferential rates for residents.
Travel
Alicante Airport is a 50 min drive. Murcia (San Javier) 10 mins drive. Car hire not essential as taxis readily available but recommended for exploring the Costa Calida coastline and region.We Can arrange transport from or to airport if required.
Distances
Los Alcazares is just 4km away. A very Spanish town with beautiful safe family beaches, great tapas bars, restaurants and local market. Murcia 45km, large shopping town with interesting cathedral and plaza's. Cartagena, 20 mins drive away, Torrevieja 25 mins a lively resort with water park and lively nightlife.
Booking notes
We require £150 booking deposit and the balance paying 6 weeks before arrival. We ask for £150 security deposit in case of breakages this is returned after the villa has been vacated and keys returned.

We share the ownership of this villa with family we both have three children aged from two to twelve.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the property here as we had many holidays in the area often staying at La Manga The Mar Menor resort has lots of good facilities with the bonus of being in a secure gated community The culture is vibrant and friendly. There are good markets in the area. We enjoy visiting the safe beaches of the Mar Menor just a few mins drive away our faviourite being Mar de Cristal.
Unique benefits of the property
We come every summer and even spend a few weeks here in winter. Its always relaxing but if we don't feel like cooking we can enjoy the great restuarants at the hotel.
The golf course is a great standard and its fun just to have a go on the driving range for the cost of a few Euro's.The Tennis courts are a ten minute walk away and when you have finished a tiring game you can grab a drink at the hotel's Irish pub!!!
The kids are never bored and the hardest thing is to get them out of the villa's own pool to go to the beach.
The villa is great for families as the garden is fenced we have a little gate out of the back garden which can be used to access a small childrens playground with a slide and swings.
