Outside
There is a 50m dolphin-shaped swimming pool with sunloungers, plus a smaller pool for children. There is also a shaded seating area. The apartment also has its own private terrace with a table and 4 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is a level 5 min walk from the apartment, with watersports, snack bars and restaurants. To the north of Denia, there are sandy beaches and shallow waters such as Les Marines, Lalmadrava, and Les Deveses. To the south there are small coves along the rocky coast, known as Les Rotes, which is a paradise for fishermen and divers.
Golf
Golf courses are located in Oliva Nova and La Sella which are both 18 hole and within 15 mins driving from the apartment.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airport are both about 45 mins from Denia. As the apartment is situated so close to the beach and the town centre, car hire is not essential.
Distances
The pretty town of Denia is just 10 mins walk from the apartment. There is a marina and port with daily services to the Balearic Islands. There is also the Denia castle, Montgo Mountain and National Park. Denia is within easy reach of the A7 motorway and in an hour you can drive to the north to the city of Valencia, or to the south, the city of Alicante. Other must see towns include Moraira and Javea with their sandy beaches and relaxed atmospheres.
Further details
Denia boasts bars, cafes, street markets, good restaurants, shopping and quaint boutiques in the old town. At night Denia buzzes with nightlife, not necessarily discos but more with the hundreds of bars, live entertainment and restaurants, many of which are right on the sea front. The town of Benidorm is just 58km away with Terramitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar. There is also go-karting, horse-riding, and golf within 20 mins drive from Denia.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is taken when the apartment is booked, and the balance of the rental fee is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. In addition a £150 security deposit is required and this will be refunded upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damages. We will meet you at the complex where we will give you keys and remote control for the garage and show you to the apartment.
