Fully air conditioned for your comfort this 2-bed duplex is situated with outstanding views midway between Alicante and Valencia amongst the beautiful surroundings of Monte Pego. After many years of self catering family holidays the owners have set out to include all that you will need for comfort and ease. Set out on two floors it comprises 2 bedrooms (which can be set as twins or doubles) a quality z bed can be provided for those with 3 children at no extra cost, bathroom, American Bar kitchen, downstairs wc, large lounge/dining area, patio doors leading out onto a good sized terrace complete with patio furniture, loungers and gas BBQ. Only 20 apartments share a communal swimming pool and we are only 5 km from excellent local beaches and 4km from Pego, a typical Spanish town.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday although this can be negotiated out of the main season. The apartment will be ready from 4pm and we ask that it is vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with option of twin/double bed. Fitted wardrobe space. A folding bed could be added to this room comfortably to accomodate a family with 3 children.

Bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom comprises bath with shower over, hand basin, wc and bidet.
Downstairs Bathroom comprises of a wc and hand basin.
Kitchen: Kitchen comprises oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Superbly furnished dining/lounge area with TV, DVD/CD player. The TV has over 30 Spanish TV & Radio Channels. Most English speaking programmes can be recieved in English and there is usually a premiership football match on during the season on a Saturday
Other: Large terrace area with table, chairs sun beds and gas BBQ.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa is cleaned between lets and all linen is changed. Towels are provided but we ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
The owners live only a few hundred meters from the property and manage the apartment. Being set on a hillside the complex does have steps that lead up to the apartment and down to the pool. There is a range of family films and music CDs for guests use. We also provide English to Spanish plugs. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available. A safe is in the property too. For those on longer lets an Internet connection can be organised and paid for locally (min 1 month) Guests are asked to refrain from smoking inside the property. The property is suitable for families and couples alike.

Accessibility
The property is set on a hillside and there are steps up to the duplex and to the swimming pool.

Outside
A large terrace has its own furntiure and gas BBQ. The views are stunning across the orange groves and towards the coastline. You can even watch the sunset! A communal pool and terrace are also available for the use of guests.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5km from the apartment. Close by you will find 15km of blue flag award winning beaches. 10-15 minutes drive by car gives you the choice of many beaches both quiet and lively.

Golf
We are close to several good golf courses and can cater for single sex or mixed sex golfers. Oliva Nova and La Sella golf courses are both within 20 minutes drive. You will need handicap certificates for both of these renowned courses.

Travel
Situated between Alicante and Valencia airports both are just over an hour's drive away. For those touring we are 10 mins drive from Junctions 61 and 62 of the A7 E15 motorway. There are good rail links to Valencia from Gandia some 20 mins drive from us. Car hire or use of car is essential.

Distances
The small town of Pego is only 4km away. Denia is a 20 minute drive and Benidorm 50 mins. Inland the beautiful Jalon Valley is only 20 mins drive. Whilst the striking City of Valencia is a little more than an hour away by either car or train.

Further details
There are good selection of restaurants within a 15 minute drive of Monte Pego. The town of Pego has full amenities supermarkets, banks etc.

Booking notes
Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday. Although during winter months this can be flexible. Prices are given in GBP but payment can be made in Euros too. 25% booking deposit required with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of holiday must be paid in full at time of booking. We are sorry but we do not accept credit cards. Our email is checked and replied to daily.
