Outside
There is a large patio which is complete with patio tables and chairs. There is a large communal swimming pool and a separate children's pool outside the apartment set in well maintained gardens. Sun loungers and parasols are provided around the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk. The beautiful port of Cabopino is 5 minutes by car. Many shops and bars and restaurants in Marbella and also nearby Calahonda and Elviria.
Golf
Many golf courses within a 10 min drive including Cabopino, Miraflores, Rio Real, Greenlife, La Siesta.
Skiing
Ski-ing is approx 1-2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada near Granada.
Travel
Malaga airport is approx 35 mins away by car. Car hire is recommended. The Fairways (Alanda) at Carib Playa is situated at the Las Chapas exit on the main N340 (A7) road.
Distances
Fuengirola, 12 mins by car. Marbella, 7 mins by car. Local buses run approx every 30 mins from nearby bus stop.

This is one of several identical apartments on this complex which are available to book through ourselves. The apartments are either ground or first floor and each served with a lift to the lower-ground level with private parking in the garage.
All apartments are identically equipped and furnished to a very high standard.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the total value of the holiday is required and the full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival together with a damage bond of £100 which will be refunded upon return of the keys and confirmation of no damage or breakages. For bookings of less than a week, 1 full week will be charged. Each apartment sleeps 4 persons. Sofabed (available for child only )at extra supplement. Extra charge for travel cots. No discounts offered.
