Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. However, we are equally happy to accept UK Pound Sterling or US Dollars.
25% non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel once the final payment has been made we will re-list the property and only if it has been re-let will we refund this portion. Included with the final payment is a refundable damage deposit of 450 euros. Check in time 4PM. Check out time 10am.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday however, we do try to accommodate flight schedules and know that cheap flights are often mid-week. Check-in is normally 4PM.

Notes on accommodation
We are happy to organise the rental of any baby needs you may require such as cots, highchairs etc. Provided in the price is a Welcome Basket complete with local amenity details, restaurants and events calendar. Please bring beach towels. Hairdryer provided. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Pool raft provided. Air conditioning and heat is individually controlled by room. All windows have fully fitted mosquito screens for those preferring sea or mountain breeze. Information on nearby golf courses can be provided. As the property has steps from the garage and is 2 storey it is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The villa is located 1.5km from the nearest blue flag beach and 2km from the historic town centre and Denia Marina. A fulltime gardener impeccably grooms the lush tropical grounds spread over four walled terraces. The pool is professionally maintained weekly. A gated car terrace provides secure off road parking

Coast/Beach
Denia is a beautiful typically Spanish coastal town made picturesque by its setting at the base of Montgo Mountain. It has its own 'Ramblas' style main street, castle and quaint old town opposite the harbour. Our bustling fishing/ferry port is overlooked by an impressive 16th century Moorish castle. It retains a distinctly Spanish culture and traditions but has a myriad of restaurants & street cafes to cater for all tastes plus an exciting nightlife.

Golf
Golf lovers are in for a special treat. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 mins drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029m. The course although flat, has many trees and water obstacles, and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include driving range, putting green, motorized trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Within 30 mins drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035m. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This is a testing course 18 hole, par 72 and 7,051m.

Travel
Denia is equal distance from Valencia and Alicante Airports (90km either way). It is also home to the fast ferry to Ibiza (2 hours).

Distances
Ideas for things to do could include a leisurely trip to the Jalon Valley and stop for lunch at one of the many Spanish villages, or visit the area's coastal headlands for wonderful views, sheltered coves and snorkeling. If you're active, you may want to climb Montgo Mountain. For families looking for activities beyond the beaches and the pool there is a Safari Park with a decent range of big 5 animals in Els Verger only 20 mins away. Denia's Tennis Club is just 10 mins drive.

Further details
There are literally hundreds of restaurants in and around Denia, ranging from very exclusive ones, to excellent good-value establishments, to traditional tapas bars, to those suitable for families located right on the beach. As well as the harbor area bars and beach bars, Denia has a number of up-market, late night bars for groups and couples both in town and in the new marina.

Booking notes
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday (flexible). Cheap airlines' flight prices are significantly higher at weekends. Consequently, some of our guests, particularly those returning for a 2nd or 3rd time, request midweek to midweek rentals. As we want the best holiday for everyone we can be flexible! Check out time 10am to allow time for cleaning. Key holder available to greet guests up to 8pm. Ask for special prices for long term winter rentals. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable.
