‘Villa Verde’ is a tastefully furnished, two year old, villa situated amongst traditional Spanish houses on the outskirts of Beniarbeig village in the Orba Valley. It is close to Denia, Orba, Ondara, Pedrogeur and Benidoleig. The villa shares a 12m x 5m pool with 8 other similar properties with scenic views of the Seguria mountains. The peaceful, surrounding area offers wonderful walking in a landscape of mountains with valleys of pine and orange and lemon groves. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with en-suite bath/shower and a twin bedded room with separate shower room. There is a fully fitted American style kitchen and an open plan lounge/diner with log burner.

Notes on prices
Rental prices are for the property in UK pounds per week. A daily rate is listed to accommodate flexible changeover days. The rental charge covers cleaning, water and reasonable usage of electricity during your stay. However, unreasonable excessive use of electricity will be charged and the extra metered usage will be deducted from the refundable security deposit. Optional interim laundry change £20.
Changeover day
Bookings normally run Saturday to Saturday especially during July/August.You are requested to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. Incoming guests should aim to arrive after 3pm-this could be flexible dependant on bookings.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Verde is a new bungalow on a flat level plot with bright and airy living accommodation. There are 3 steps up to the front door and to the rear terrace which may make it difficult for wheelchair users and unsafe for children under 4 years. There is access to the locked enclosed privately shared pool through our rear gate and at the front of the property is a private gated drive for one car. Off road parking. Air conditioning/heating units are fitted in both bedrooms and lounge area with optional use of the log burning stove and oil filled radiators in colder months. All windows are double glazed with security shutters.

Outside
Private grassed garden on 3 sides of the property with views to the Seguria mountains providing sun all day with shade under the palm trees. Teak table and 4 chairs with cushions, large parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers with low table. Easy access to the walled and hedged 12m x 5m shared swimming pool with poolside shower surrounded by a grassed area and palm trees.
Coast/Beach
Denia's glorious sandy beaches north and south of the town are a 15 minute drive. El Poblets pebble beach and Las Marinas sandy beach with bars and restaurants approx. 12 minutes drive. Arenal sandy beach at Javea is a 25 minute drive with numerous eating and drinking establishments also offering boat and watersport hire. Moraira and Calpe are excellent places to visit all within a 30 minute drive.
Golf
There are numerous excellent golf courses including La Sella golf course which is approximately 8 km away,
Oliva golf course 16 km designed by Ballesteros and 9 hole courses at Javea, Benissa, Ifach and Altea.
Travel
Beniarbeig is equidistant to Alicante and Valencia airports being approximately 100km and a 1 hour drive. Buses and taxis are available but use of a car or hire car is recommended.
Distances
From Villa Verde you can take a short, level walk into Beniarbeig village. A five minute drive can take you to nearby Pedreguer, El Verger and Ondara with its functional bull ring. Neighbouring Orba and the Cave of Skulls at Benidoleig are a 10 minutes drive away. A 25 minute drive takes you to the sandy beaches, bars and fish restaurants at Javea, Moraira and Calpe. 8 km away is the delightful Port of Denia.
Further details
Beniarbeig passes the 'bread test' and gives access to daily essentials having a local bakery, butcher, small supermarkets, grocer, hairdresser, post office, library, tapas bars, pharmacy, banks, internet/telephone. Small market every Tuesday. The nearest town of Ondara 2-3km has banks, restaurants, large supermarket, various shops and functional bullring. El Verger and Pedregeur also have banks, supermarkets and bars. Further afield near Benidorm there is Terra Mitica, one of the biggest and most beautiful theme parks in the world, Aqua amusement park for both children and adults and Mundomar the Costa Blanca answer to Disney's Seaworld. Take a scenic mountain drive to nearby Jalon Valley where Jalon village holds a Rastro market every Saturday, tourist information centre, bodegas, restaurants and bars. Denia not only offers a choice of numerours shops, bars and restaurants but many activities such as diving, windsurfing, sailing, boat and quad bike hire.Visit the castle, take a railway journey to Alicante or ferry to Ibiza, Minorca,Majorca.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the accommodation cost is payable immediately together with a completed booking form. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150 is also payable with the final balance and returned in full on return of keys if there is no damage. If there is damage, excessive cleaning needed or excessive air conditioning use (ie being used with windows open) this will be deducted from security deposit.
