The villas are in an ideal location for those who enjoy their own space and privacy but also like to be nearby to the bustling nightlife of the internationally known resort of Marbella.

| The villa has 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, showers. A large living room with TV, modern furniture and pretty dining area. A new, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee maker allows perfect self-catering. Towels and linen are available in sufficient quantities. Notes on accommodation
Villa Las Palmas is fully air conditioned (cool air for the summer and heating for the winter) with separate units in every bedroom and living room.
Unfortunately, due to location of the villas over the hill, there are steps to get in to the villas and wheelchair access is not very comfortable.
Outside
Both villas have private own swimming pools. Built in BBQ and outdoor dining Gazebo, sun terraces and flower gardens.
Coast/Beach
The local golden sandy beach is 10 mins walk away from the villas.
Golf
Villa Las Palmas and Los Pinos are 5 mins drive away from Santa Clara golf, Marbella Golf club in El Rosario, Santa Maria golf in Elviria.
Special interest holidays
El Casco tennis club in El Rosario is 5 mins away from our villas, Funny Beach Club nearby provides go carting, quad bike rides, jet skiing, bungee jumping and many more interesting for the fit kids, mums and dads. Fun places are so many in Marbella that makes it difficult to mention them all.
Travel
The nearest airports to us are Malaga and Gibraltar which both are 40 mins drive.
Distances
The neighbourhood (urbanisation) of the villas is located in Elviria in the municipality of Marbella, 3 miles to the town centre, 5 miles to exciting Puerto Banus for an amazing nightlife.
Booking notes
To book the villa we require a 30% via bank transfer and the balance to be paid on arrival to the villa.
Security deposit of 300 euros is required to cover the cost of any damages or lost of keys.
