Our first floor apartment, enjoys a peaceful setting with fabulous views of the ocean and pool. It has a one double bedroom which has sea and pool views and one twin bedroom. It is tastefully furnished in Spanish/Moroccan style. The complex consists of 99 two bedroom apartments sharing a communal pool. Our apartment is on the first floor. Our balcony has a table and four chairs which offers stunning views of the ocean and overlooks the fabulous pool and tropical gardens. The beautiful Cabopino Beach is 5 mins drive away offering marina, restaurants and watersports. La Cala beach is also only 5 mins drive away. Our local beach (Mijas Beach) is 10 mins walk away and offers a beach bar cafe and our favourite Garden restaurant.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is furnished in shades of green. It has a huge wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, lamps, full length mirror and set of draws. Bedroom 2 is furnished in shades of red and has two single beds, bedside cabinet and draws. |
| Bathrooms: | Our bathroom has a full bath, shower, basin and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Our newly fitted kitchen (Feb 2006) offers electric cooker, hob, fridge, small freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, iron and board, all cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. |
| Utility Room: | We have a utility room which houses the fridge/freezer, electric boiler and offers plenty of storage cupboards. |
| Living Rooms: | Our lounge diner has a table, four chairs, 2 luxurious sofas, coffee table, low lighting, TV, video, DVD and stereo system. We offer many videos/DVDs and CD's for your enjoyment. |
| Other: | Although our apartment does not have air conditioning we have ceiling fans in each room and because of the location of the apartment we are lucky to have a gentle sea breeze throughout the day. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and all bed linen, blankets, tea towels are included. Cleaning takes place at the end of your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
The complex is very family orientated and not suitable for younger groups of people. As it is situated on a hill with some steps it is not suitable for anyone with disabilities.

Outside
There is a fabulous communal pool and small baby pool (not heated) surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The well established, tropical gardens are well cared for and surround the complex which is gated and can only be accessed with a key.
Coast/Beach
Our local beach (Mijas Beach) is 10 mins walk away and offers a beach bar cafe and our favourite Garden Restaurant. The beautiful Cabopino Beach is 5 mins drive away offering marina, restaurants and watersports. La Cala beach is also only 5 mins drive away.
Golf
We are very lucky to be surrounded by approximately 45 golf courses, the Miraflores Golf Course only being 5 mins drive away. 3 minutes walk from our apartment is the Miraflores Golf range with small putting green, golf shop and Bunkers Bar restaurant.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort is approximately two and half hour's drive away.
Travel
The distance from Malaga airport is approx 20-25 mins drive and only 10 mins into Marbella/Puerto Banus. Although without a car you can walk to the local beach, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, we would recommend a car to explore the rest of the wonderful coastline and attractions.

Our apartment is 5 mins walk from the Aztec Country Club which offers heated swimming pool, 6 pool tables, tennis courts, internet cafe, health and beauty salon, mini golf and two restaurants - one being a very very popular Italian called Fellini's which offers live entertainment throughout the Spring/Summer. The Miraflores Driving Range is also 5 minutes walk away. This is very popular with families offering golf as well as a fantastic restaurant with barbecues and themed nights. The area also offers 2 exciting water parks, quad biking, water sports, dolphin trips, ferry trips, fishing trips, Magic Palace, bull fighting, horse racing, theme park, Crocodile Park and a breathtaking cable car ride into the mountains.
