Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey complex. It is within walking distance of Miraflores golf club and clubhouse and also to a choice of 3 restaurants. We have two swimming pools on the complex aswell as a tennis court. There are a number of good beaches all along the coast between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east. There are a number of shops with a bank, bars, restaurants and supermarkets 10 mins walk away. We also have an underground car park with a lift straight up to the 2nd floor.

I am happy to negotiate discounts for lets of longer than 3 weeks. Winter weekends avaliable Friday - Sunday.
Long Term Rental £600 a month (more than 6 months).
Special Offer - 2 consecutive weeks £700 (August - mid September 08) and up to mid June - all weeks in May £225.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided. The property is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and it is cleaned and bed linen & towels changed weekly on bookings of 2 or more weeks. The cleaning cost is €30 a time. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideal for families as you can see the children play whilst watching from the balcony.
Outside
The property has a lift to the ground floor which then leads you into the gardens and the two community pools
There is a BBQ at the apartment for guests to use.
Coast/Beach
Beaches at Riviera and La Cala accessible by car or taxi. Other beaches within easy reach by bus, taxi or hire car.
Golf
You are within walking distance to Miraflores golf club and a short drive away from Cabopino golf club too. At Calahonda there is a 9 hole golf course and about 1km away is Cabopino 18 hole golf course, plus many more courses including Green Life in Elviria.
Skiing
We are approx 2 hours from Sierra Nevada where you can ski from December to April. The resort is brilliant fun and the runs are excellent. Granada is a great place to visit too which alot of culture.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest aiport and car hire is recommended although there are taxis and buses readily avaliable.
Distances
Marbella 16km, Puerto Banus 19km, La Calla de Mijas 7km and Fuengirola 15km. Taxi ranks at Riviera del Sol and Calahonda. A reliable bus service runs along the N340.
Further details
Less than a 10 minute walk is the Aztec Country Club with it's tennis, swimming, mini golf, fitness centre, restaurant, bar and games room; an ideal location to spend the day. A choice of supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found in Miraflores, Riviera del sol and Calahonda, all of which are a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive away (a taxi rank is situated in Riviera del Sol).

A 50% deposit will secure your rental dates. 4 Weeks prior to arrival payment will be required in GBPounds either by bank transfer or paypal.
