The villa is situated in a private and quite location. Pool size is 7m x 10m approx. With lovely views from the roof terrace. The whole villa is very private and not overlooked. Calpe boasts 2 blue flag beaches one of which is only 10 minute walk. Which is lined with restaurants and bars. Nearest large supermarket only 10 -15 minutes walk. The main town of Calpe is a 3 minute drive away. But it is a lovely walk also along the 1st beach to the port (fantastic seafood restaurants, with free glass of sangria, while you look at the mouth watering dishes on offer) then onto 2nd beach, which leads to Calpe town and into the Old town, (definitely worth a visit).

Changeover day
Arrival after 5pm, departure by 10am.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, coffee table TV, DVD and fireplace. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are changed weekly. The cleaning of villa is after every booking. If a midweek clean is required. Please arrange when booking as this will incur extra costs to yourselves of approx 40 euros. |

Coast/Beach
10 min walk to nearest beach.
Golf
There is a new international golf course located 25 minutes drive towards Benidorm. Also a 9 hole golf course 10 mins away towards Moraira, set in a valley with stunning views.
Travel
Nearest airport is Alicante approx 45-50 mins drive. Car hire is not essential, but recommended to appreciate all the attractions and locations in and around Calpe.
Distances
Moraira, Altea are only 20-25 minute drive away.
Booking notes
£200 deposit is required to secure booking full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. 200 euros deposit for damages/breakages is required on arrival which will be refunded in full on departure, subject to inspection of property and inventory check being satisfactory.
