Living Rooms: Comfortable sofa and stereo provided. The sitting room leads directly on to the large roof terrace and the beautiful view can be enjoyed from the sofa! Ceiling fans and heating.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included in the price as is a final clean. However, if a booking is over a longer period then a clean and linen change once a week can be arranged.

Outside
The large airy roof terrace sports tables and chairs with a large parasol for shade, (if required). There are external mains sockets and an outside sink.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a 5 minute walk through the cobbled streets.

Golf
Salobreña Los Moriscos 9 hole is 15 mins drive. La Caleta 18 hole ("Baviera Golf") is 30 mins drive. Anoreta golf 18 hole is 50 mins drive. There plenty of other courses toward Marbella/Malaga in one direction and Almeria in the other.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada, Europe's most southerly ski resort Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada Mountains is 60 minutes drive from Almunecar. For many months of the year you can ski and swim in the Med on the same day. With easy parking and lots of restaurants it is a good day out for all the family even if you don't ski.

Travel
Malaga airport 1 hour. Granada airport 45 minutes

Distances
Nerja 15 mins away with its amazing caves, stunning scenery and for those who love a bargain, a large car boot sale every Sunday morning. The beautiful historic city of Granada with the famous Alhambra Palace is only 45 mins away, well worth a visit. Granada has great shops. The Alpujarras, (Lanjaron, Orgiva) a series of mountain villages, it seems time has stopped here, also great for walks. The national parks of Sierra Nevadas, Peña Escrita, Cerro Gordo and Lecrin Valley are all close by.

Booking notes
Bookings to be made direct with owners. A meet and greet service is included as is a final clean. For bookings over a week a cleaner can be arranged. Payments must be cleared x2 weeks prior to commencement of stay. A 10% deposit is required. A bond of 300 euros is also required which will be refunded upon return home subject to a satisfactory final inspection.
