Villa 'Casa JenGar' is situated in the Jalon Valley. Positioned on the mountain side it affords uninterrupted breathtaking views of the Bernia mountain range and the Jalon Valley below with its orange groves, almond trees and vineyards. The villa is new and care has been taken to co ordinate the decor to offer maximum comfort and relaxation for guests. It will accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and having 3 bathrooms makes it ideal for two families wishing to holiday together or for those wanting to take grandparents along. There is an 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps and underwater illumination. Lanscaped gardens and terracing provide plenty of scope for alfresco dining and sunbathing, with lots of outdoor furniture and sun loungers available. From the Villa why not visit one of the local Bodegas and sample the wine for free, later dine at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby, then back at the villa relax and finish off that wine you bought. Notes on prices
Prices are for the villa per week in UK pounds. Weekend changeover preferred between 18 July - 4 September 2009 with a minimum two weeks booking.
A daily rate is available on request to accommodate flexible changeover days, where agreed. Discounted rates for couples available through contact with owner.
Changeover day
Friday/Weekend changeover days preferred but we will do our best to be flexible where possible. Arrival time 4pm, Departure by 10.30am, unless otherwise arranged.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with shower, vanity unit, WC and bidet. From the hall there is a family bathroom with bath/shower over, vanity unit, WC and bidet. The poolside bedroom has a large walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all necessary kitchen utensils, cooker, hob, extractor hood. Iron and ironing board. Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and First Aid Box. |

Notes on accommodation
Casa 'JenGar' is built on the mountain side and has numerous steps set in stages from the roadway to poolside and accommodation. Access may make this unsuitable for young children and those who are infirm. Young children must be supervised at all times in relation to the steps and the pool area (We suggest a minumum age of 5). The villa has central heating and fans are fitted in the lounge/dining area and all the bedrooms.The upper bedroom windows have fitted shutter blinds. Smoke alarms are fitted. None smokers prefered otherwise no smoking inside the Villa. No pets.

Outside
Views over the valley from the covered 'Naya' with table to seat 8, and sun parasol. Private 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps, underwater illumination, poolside shower and sun terrace. 8 sun loungers with cushions, foldable dining table and chairs, drinks table and two more sun parasols.
Off road parking for two cars.
Coast/Beach
The completion of a new road into the Jalon Valley, makes those visits to the beach and shops so much easier. Approximately 25 mins to the beaches of Calpe with it's lovely promenade or Moraria a quaint town with beaches and a children's play area. Around 40 minutes drive to Javea and Denia larger coastal towns with plenty of shops.
Golf
There are golf courses in Calpe (Ifach Golf) Altea (Don Cayo) Javea (Javea Golf) La Sella and Oliva Nova all within an easy drive.
Travel
Use of car or car hire essential. Jalon is almost equidistant to Alicante and Valencia airports and either routes via the AP7 toll or N332 are very easy.
Distances
A fifteen minute walk takes you into Jalon which has a market every Tuesday and Rastro market packed with antiques and bric a brac on Saturdays. The Terra Mitica theme park set to a backdrop of ancient civilisations and Aqualandia water park along with plenty of shops and other tourist attractions are in Benidorm, 45 mins by car. Inland from Jalon there are many Spanish villages to explore or visit the outstanding Castell de Guadalest and Caves de la Calaveres at Benidoleig.
Further details
Jalon village has a new Masymas supermarket, shops, banks newsagents, butchers, bakers, cafe's, bars, restaurants, a tourist information office and bodegas with local wine at around 1 euro a litre. There are further excellent restaurants in nearby Alcalali only a five minute drive away. Calpe offers some excellent fish restaurants at the port where you could even visit the fish market in the evening before you dine. The Jalon Valley attracts many visitors who enjoy the area for walking and riding.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required on booking with the remaining balance due eight weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £200 is also payable with the final balance.
