Outside
Well kept gardens all around the property. This property features 2 terraces, one off the main bedroom where there is a patio table, umbrella and 4 chairs and the main terrace, off the lounge, with large table and 6 chairs. Shared swimming pool/children’s' section with meticulously maintained gardens surrounding this.
Coast/Beach
Javea beach is a 15 min drive away, a beautiful long sandy beach with a long promenade and wide range of bistros, cafes, bars etc. It is a very clean (blue flag) beach with lifeguards on duty. There are children’s' playgrounds on the beach and WC's. Water sports are a prominent feature on the beach. From the Arenal area the Port of Javea is a 5 min drive, about 20 min walk along the beautiful rocky coast line where there are ample beach bars for you to stop and admire the scenery.
Golf
Two golf courses in immediate area. La Sella 5 mins away. The villa overlooks this course. Javea golf course a 10 min drive away. There are 2 further 9 hole courses at Moriara and Altea and a new 18 hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva.
Travel
Javea is easily accessible from either Valencia airport or Alicante airport. Each airport is approx 1 hour from the villa. A meet and greet can be arranged at the toll road to enable swift arrival at our luxurious villa.
Distances
Javea beach area 15 mins drive. The Port of Javea 15 mins drive. Javea Old Town 10 minse drive. Safari park, 'Mundomar' Water Park, 'Aqualandia' which is a theme swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park.
Further details
On the urbanizaction of La Sella there is a restaurant that provides very well presented and excellent dishes in a most welcoming environment. The Bistro also provides good food and both the restaurant and bistro overlook the tennis courts where tennis lessons can be booked. There are both grass and clay courts - about 12 courts in all. Near the tennis club there is an equestrian centre that provides horse riding lessons. Also within the tennis complex there is a gym. The old town of Javea with shops, banks etc., is a 10 min drive away. We have paid careful attention to all aspects of our villa. he overall feel is that of a modern light, bright and airy luxury holiday home furnished to very high standard.
Booking notes
Bookings for the villa are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis. A 10% deposit is payable on booking with the remainder to be paid two weeks prior to your holiday.
