Through French doors that lead from the dining room is a side terrace with dining and seating areas. There is also an outside fireplace for cooking over an open fire.
The infinity pool measures 11.5m x 6m. It has an ionised filtering system and solar heating.
There is ample parking on the driveway at the rear of the house.
Families with small children should note that there is easy access to the pool, which is unfenced.

Sierra Nevada ski resort is 50 minutes drive away.
