Privately owned, fully air-conditioned/heated, two-bedroom penthouse property situated on the beautiful La Quinta Golf and Country Club, minutes from the famous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The property is situated on an private gated development and is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It benefits from two south west facing terraces (which have remote controlled sunblinds) plus a large rooftop sun terrace and covered parking is available right opposite the front door. There are four swimming pools on the development the nearest being less than a one minute walk from the property.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday, however, we are very flexible depending on season and availability.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment benefits from easy ground floor level access with covered car parking opposite. The private terraces enjoy views of the golf course, mountains and sea and are great for outdoor living. Being on three floors the property is spacious and airy. The patio doors to terraces are lockable for child safety and security. Cots and wireless Internet access can be made available at extra cost.
Accessibility
The small private development is accessed via electronic gates. The entrance is ground floor and cars can draw up very close to the front door. A ground floor double sofabed is available.
Outside
The apartment is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens and benefits from 4 swimming pools of various sizes and depths. Sun loungers are freely available to residents at the pools.
Coast/Beach
Costa del Sol is famous for its beaches and the beaches and amenties of San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella are 15 minutes drive away.
Golf
We are surrounded by the 27 hole La Quinta Golf course with the clubhouse close by. Here there is a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, pro shop and driving range. There is also a Spa at the Hotel and a Japanese restaurant. There are many other fantastic courses only a short drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga with many airlines using this international airport and is 40 minutes drive. Jerez aiport is serviced by two daily flights by Ryanair and is 1hr40mins easy drive by motorway.
Distances
Puerto Banus and Marbella are approx. 10-15 minutes away by car and Gibraltar is around 40 minutes. The famous Ronda gorge is approx. 1 hour inland. The local town is San Pedro where you can find nearest shops, supermarkets and banks. The nearest supermarket is open 365 days a year and is only 5 minutes drive.
Further details
For glitz and glamour, the towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella offer many shops, restaurants and nightlife. The beautiful old town of Marbella, the white washed hillside village of Mijas and Ronda are well worth a visit. Nearby San Pedro and Benahavis offer more traditional options. There are many other attractions in the region including water parks, whale watching, zoo, walking, boat trips and sightseeing.
Booking notes
Phone or e-mail to confirm avaliability. Once deposit has been paid and cleared booking confirmation will be given. Deposit is 20% non-refundable with the balance due at least 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 refundable deposit is required to cover damage/breakages/lost keys. This deposit is refunded following inspection and return of keys. The property is normally available from 3:00pm on arrival day and should be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
