Situated in the beautiful location of Jardines de Nerja with gardens and pool for the use of owners and guests. Nerja is a picturesque town with narrow streets, shops and restaurants to suit most tastes as well as a choice of several beaches. Nearby are the caves of Nerja and just a few miles drive away are the typical white Andalucian villages of Friglianna and Competa.

Changeover day
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Departure from the house 10am. Access to the house 4pm.

House is prepared and cleaned prior to each booking. Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly, please take your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a non smoking villa. Please no children under the age of 7 years old. Full radiator central heating to the whole house is available for the winter period, utility cost £10 per week during the winter to cover heating costs.

Outside
The private car park, gardens and swimming pool are for the use of owners and their guests only. Private south facing terrace.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches in Nerja. The nearest being Burriana beach about 15 - 20 mins walk.
Golf
Baviera Golf in Caleta de Velez is 10 mins drive.
Travel
Malaga airport 45 mins drive. Car hire is recommended to see surrounding area but not essential. Airport pick up can be arranged.
Distances
Nerja caves 3km. Frigiliana 10km. Torrox Costa 15km. Torre del Mar/Velez Malaga 25km. Granada and the Alhambra Palace about 2 hours. Cordoba and Seville 3-4 hours drive.
Further details
Local taxis are available the cost from the Balcon/town centre to Jardines is normally 5 euros. There is also a local bus which runs every ½ hour during the day and early evening with a pick up stop immediately outside Jardines de Nerja that travels in a circuit route to the beaches & most areas of Nerja. Responsive local English speaking management company to resolve any issues should they arise.
