Ground floor apartment with communal pool and children's pool in well maintained garden setting. The property is situated in a very quiet area called Playa de Rio Verde, on the beach side of the Golden Mile, a few minutes walk from the exciting Puerto Banus. It is a 10 minute drive to central Marbella and also to San Pedro in the opposite direction. A few minutes away is El Corte Ingles, an excellent department store, selling everything from newspapers and groceries, to hardware and high fashion. There are excellent beach bars within easy reach as well as numerous restaurants, bars and clubs etc. This is an ideal area for golfing and family holidays.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK pounds.
Price includes use of bedlinen, towels (including beach towels), weekly cleaning of apartment and weekly change of linen. A refundable deposit of £200 is required to cover cost of damage or loss.
Changeover day
Flexible, depending upon availability of flat. Arrival after 4.00pm. Departure by midday. This is subject to discussion, depending upon previous or following occupancy.

| Bathrooms: | 1 well appointed shower room and 1 bathroom. Each has a bidet, washbasin and wc. The bathroom also has shower facilities. Power-pumped water system throughout. |
| Kitchen: | Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, waste disposer, coffee machine, electric toaster, blender and radio/CD player. There is a full range of crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and saucepans etc. |
| Utility Room: | Separate washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has 32" flat screen,DVD, video, stereo radio/CD player, laptop computer & printer. Guests are welcome to use CDs, DVDs, cassettes, videos & books. There is wifi in the flat (code available on request). |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedlinen are provided, as well as beach towels. The apartment is cleaned once a week and towels and bedlinen are changed at the same time. |
Notes on accommodation
The layout of the flat is ideal for 2 families, having 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at one end of the spacious lounge/dining room and the other 2 bedrooms, with shower room at the opposite end.
The living room and each of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The flat is fully carpeted.
There are narrow balconies around the flat which accommodate small tables and chairs etc.

Malaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes by car. Gibraltar Airport is approximately 1 hour by car. Car hire is recommended although not essential as there is a convenient bus service within a couple of minutes from the flat. It only takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to Puerto Banus.
