Ciudad Quesada is situated on the Costa Blanca about 35 to 40 minutes drive south of Alicante and north of Murcia. It is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and an attractive location for golfers with several fine courses within easy driving range. Quesada village itself offers a very good choice of restaurants, shops and banks, a pharmacy, medical centre and an excellent choice of bars. The nearest typically Spanish village of Rojales is just a five minute drive and has a large indoor market offering fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Within 10/15 minutes by car are larger coastal towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja. Here you can relax on miles of beautiful sandy beaches, experience a wide range of restaurants or enjoy wonderful parades at fiesta times. 2 bathrooms, (sleeps 6/7 in bedrooms), benefits from air conditioning, lounge/American style kitchen; outside patio to front and rear, rooftop solarium.

Changeover day
This is negotiable as is time of vacation of the property although in busier times guests are requested to vacate by noon on day of departure. This can be delayed by arrangement.

This property has a wide range of facilities within walking distance.
The property is a good size and has three excellent outdoor living areas. the views across and along the valley from the solarium are quite stunning.
There are lots of sporting opportunities near the property. The property sits on the 18th fairway of the Marquessa golf course. The beautiful beaches of Guadamar are 6km away.
The night life has attractions for young and not so young.
Unique benefits of the property
The communal pool, which is rarely busy even in the high season, is right outside our property. This has made it ideal for our daughters to spend many delightful and safe hours playing in and around the pool over the last 14 years. The girls, aged 14 and 17, still look forward to spending holidays here and we now have a steady string of their friends accompanying them.
With three good sized bedrooms accommodation is not a problem.
