In the best position of the entire coast, our fabulous penthouse apartment has stunning views (even when 'sitting' in the living/dining room and kitchen). Right on the beach overlooking the Marina and coast to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and North Africa. Back views of beautiful Park de La constitution with open-air theatre which has wonderful concerts in the summer. and mountains. Beautiful 'Old Town Marbella' and amazing shopping is 4 minutes stroll away. Walk to Puerto Banus along the marble paseo outside our door. Luxury Spa 02 Wellbeing Centre with Gym and Swimming pool moments away as is Fishing, Sailing, Boat Trips and new 8 screen Cinema. Many Golf Courses. Changeover day
Flexible, please discuss. We try to fit in with your flight. We normally ask guests to vacate by 1.00pm and to arrive after 5pm. which seems to fit in with most flights. Early arrivals may leave cases at the apartment and their car in the garage.

Notes on accommodation
Apartment has front side &rear windows and doors and natural breezes from the sea and mountains mean air con is not needed but for small charge it is available. There is a luxury spa/swimming pool and gym a couple of minutes away. The beach is clean and lovely for swimming so a pool is not necessary. Most pools in Spain are not heated so have limited use. Beach is perfect for little children as it is a cove created by the Marina breakwater so has much calmer water than elsewhere and is very shallow at the edges. It is also fabulous for proper swimming for adults! There is a lovely childrens play area on the beach and two restaurants on the sand, serving food and drink to you on beach loungers if you wish. You can watch your children play on the beach from the apartment. Nightlife is abundant everywhere nearby, it is a very Spanish area with fabulous restaurants and bars. It is lovely to sit and watch everyone walking along the Paseo both day and night. Walk everywhere - no car needed!

Accessibility
We have two lifts to the apartment, only two easy steps in the front foyer and then everything is one one level. Good for elderly and wheelchair access from garage involves no steps (directly into lift).

Outside
We have recliner chairs for use on the terrace together with outside table and chairs. During the winter months the sun is lower in the sky and fills the living room with sun all day - wonderful for lying and sunbathing, half in the room half on the terrace. In the summer it is higher, only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler!

Coast/Beach
Our beautiful cove beach is less than 30 seconds away! You can hire beach beds and parasols and can also take your own towel and lie on the sand. You can buy inexpensive beach chairs in the shop under our apt. Please remember to bring your own beach towel.Yoga and TaiChi are practiced regularly outside apartment. Many more beaches and beach bars are easily accessed by walking along the Paseo (or the beach of course) in either direction. Trained Chinese girls offer good massages on the beach.

Golf
Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise - also known as the Costa del Golf! Aloha, La Quinta, Marbella Golf are 10 mins and over 40 championship courses within an hour. 9 hole La Dama De Noche great for less serious.

Skiing
You can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Just 1.5 hrs away, near historic Granada and the Alhambra Palace. All equipment can be hired on arrival or pre-booked on internet. A perfect day trip and great skiing too! even night skiing!

Travel
Malaga airport is about 40 minutes. Car hire is relatively cheap and easy at airport.Helle Hollis offer upgrade &15% discount for our guests (quote H3242) If you prefer there is a regular bus (only 3 or 4 euros)into Marbella. You do not need a car at our apartment so this is an easy option! Parking is very difficult in Marbella so our own parking is invaluable! ( important when choosing your apartment!). Gibraltar airport about 50 minutes. Ask re our parking permit for Puerto Banus!

Distances
Puerto Banus about 10 minutes, Old Spanish town of Estepona 20 minutes. Gibraltar (Duty Free) 50 minutes. Only 15 minutes drive inland will take you to beautiful white villages such as Ojen and Monda, 40 minutes drive to Ronda where you can see the oldest Bull Ring in Spain. Beautiful Mijas is about 30 minutes.

Further details
You must go to the famous outdoor markets of San Pedro (Wednesday) and Puerto Banus Bullring (Saturday). Selvo Safari Park 15 minutes. The water park at Benalmadena (10 minutes) is a favourite for the kids. Also Go Karting. There is even hot air Ballooning across Andalucia! Numerous banks on Ave Ricardo Soriano (2 minutes behind us) together with all the designer shops!! Spanish Tapas bars are everywhere! Try a day trip to Morocco from Gibraltar!

Booking notes
We will ask for a £200 deposit to secure your booking (non-refundable) and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a fully refundable £200 security deposit. We also offer you the use of our parking permit for Puerto Banus (this means you can drive right in and park beside the restaurants and boats) its very special and very valuable so please take care of it!
