Other: The balcony is furnished to dine out. The BBQ is a sealed unit.

The large communal pool is well supplied with sunloungers. It has a childrens section and main pool with a poolside bar for snacks and drinks throughout the day. It is monitored by a life-guard.

Beachside, with gated access to a clean swimming beach, providing beach bars and restaurants all the way along in both directions.

Golf
Close to many of the "Costa Golf" major courses.

Skiing
The apartment is only 2 1/2 hours from the Sierra Nevada for `Sun & Ski` holidays.

Travel
35 minutes from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes from Marbella.
A car will add to your enjoyment, but is not essential as all facilities are closeby.

Distances
Marbella, with its charming Old Town, is the centre of all that the Costa del Sol has to offer. It's 10 minutes away.

The apartment is ideal for year-round holidays, for those who like to be close to the sea.
