Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in lounge and one bedroom. These two units are next door to each other and are perfect for two families holidaying together. Both have lovely terraces leading down to garden with mature trees and aromatic plants.
Outside
Large terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers. Cool shady area to the front of the complex where you can share a bottle of wine in the evening and get to know your neighbours. The large dolphin shaped pool and gardens are shared. Underground car parking. Gated complex.
Coast/Beach
Fabulous beach only 5 mins walk from apartment.
Golf
Golf at Javea (20 mins drive). Golf at La Sella (20 mins drive). Golf at Oliva Nova (20 mins drive North). All 18 hole.
Travel
Valencia airport or Alicante airport, both International and approx 90km - 40 mins drive. We can arrange airport collection if required. A car is not essential as most facilities are within walking distance in Denia.
Distances
Beach, fishing port, sailing port, castle, museums shops, bars and restaurants all 5 -10 mins walk. Lovely hotel opposite (the Danya Spa Hotel), good food, wine and treatments.
Further details
Supermarket and coffee bar just around the corner. Tennis club. Town, banks and shopping all 5 -10 mins walk.

20% deposit payable on booking, with final balance and £150 security deposit (refundable) payable not less than 10 weeks before the start of the rental period. Payment by cheque, or bank transfer. Welcome packs and airport transfers available on request.
